Beautiful hotel next to the Book Market with a bomb shelter. Absolutely wonderful service, a lovely breakfast with a view of the market. Everything was perfect.

It would be nice if there were two chairs on the balcony so both guests could enjoy the view together.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The room with a balcony was great, featuring a comfortable bed. The breakfast was fabulous, and the serving staff were excellent and friendly. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything.

Staff members are rude sometimes, I asked for a parking and a parking guy kicked me off. I asked on the reception again and they said there is no free spaces even when it was one near the front. I showed it and they were like “okay, you can take this one”. Also most of them were speaking Russian, even though there is a law demanding of public customer care in Ukrainian

Beware to stay here on Fridays and Saturdays. There is always a party going on downstairs Avoid rooms at 2-3 floors. Go for fiourth if you are sensitive to noise

This is not my first time at the hotel and it will not be the last, this hotel is close to the center, there is a huge supermarket nearby that has everything. There are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel. This is a hotel where after a trip in the city or outside you come to rest and there is everything you need in the room. In addition there is also a rich breakfast. We celebrated my fiancé's birthday. Katrina from the reception helped me a lot in all matters of the birthday, I want to thank her. I really appreciate it. The hotel staff listens to needs and satisfies them. There is personal treatment for every guest who stays, I feel like I'm coming home and not to a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel

The fact I only had time for a one night stay.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent service, great value. I booked the Junior Suite as I was on my own, shower and bed great, biggish room, could not fault it. Its central, good parking at front, easy walk to everything in centre. Reception and security staff were courteous, efficient and no issue with English or my broken Russian. I would not hesitate to stay again, and could not recommend it more highly.

Very customer centered staff and service. Amazing versatile breakfast. I was very happy to get a complimentary upgrade of the booked room and free of charge late checkout. The location is in a perfect proximity both to the main sites and sea.

I was looking for bad things to write about, I didn't find any. The hotel is accessible to people with disabilities. which I really liked. Some of the hotels I've been in in the world, there were a lot of stairs that I thought how people with disabilities can get to their room or to the reception. The Alexandrovskiy Hotel is accessible to people with disabilities. This is the thing that is really special about a hotel that thinks about all types of people.

Every time I come to Odessa I choose this hotel, for me it's not a hotel, it's my home in Odessa. The hotel is close to every point of interest, there is a supermarket next to it, there are excellent cafes. The room was clean, everything I need is in the room, mini bar, water, shampoo, coffee set, bathrobe. I wanted to mention the receptionists Ludmila, Margo, they helped me a lot during my stay with anything I asked for, they helped, any question or request. I celebrated the new year in a hotel with my partner, we received a cake and a bottle of champagne as a gift for the new year.

I was the first time in this hotel, short 1-night business visit. Enjoyed it very much, this is hotel of very high standards, clean, comfortable and in convenient center location. Hotel arranged parking for my car right in front of main entrance. Staff was very polite, and cared of every possible details to make stay pleasant and enjoyable. Don't worry if you have heavy luggage: there is an elevator and all floors are equipped with panduces.

We loved our stay here. The stuff was exceptionally considerate and helpful. And that includes everyone - the receptionists, housekeeping, waitering stuff. Everyone did an amazing job! The rooms were clean, had comfortable beds and also all amenities we could ask for - we were especially grateful for the earplugs as it was raining heavily during our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by breakfast. It had impressive variety and everything were delicious. We especially liked small bite-size desserts and tasty coffee. Overall it feels like we've found some hidden treasure in Odessa. We will definitely return again!

I arrived at a hotel I was looking for bad things, I didn't find anything, only one thing was because of the heat of the summer when we came back from the trip the room was a bit stuffy and hot, after 10 minutes of the air conditioner everything was fine. But there's nothing to do it's summer

Great location and a beautiful interior within it. Also, all staffs are amicable and welcoming, as all ways in Ukraine. I have visited the bar and restaurant a few times, good food and also the breakfast.
