Staying at this hotel truly felt like being at home! Zuzanna, the host, is an incredibly nice and helpful person who made our stay so comfortable. The hotel itself is small, cozy, and impeccably clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Zuzanna went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, providing great local tips and recommendations. She even prepared breakfast for us when we had to leave at 3 a.m., which was such a thoughtful gesture. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.

The Zuzana and Barack were incredible hosts. They really went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The breakfasts in the morning were amazing and plentiful. The location of their place was not even a 5 minute walk to the water. It was absolutely perfect!

The 5am call to prayer was a bit loud but it wasn't too bad if you sleep with earplugs and close the windows.

Breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety, delicious and well cooked. The staff and owner were so friendly, professional and helpful. They really went above and beyond to ensure guest have the vest stay. I felt safe and well taken care of. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The AC worked well.

I loved listening to the birds in the mornings.. it felt like you were in the jungle(it was nice) The breakfast was amazing and delicious If I ever come back I’m staying there….

An amazing accommodation. Zuzana is such a wonderful hostess - she organised all trips we wanted to take - transfers to and from airport, spice farm and boat trips for snorkelling etc. great value and safe as we were two female friends. Her staff, Barack and other man (cannot spell his name) were wonderful cooks and provided an amazing breakfast and advice re great restaurants, how to enjoy ourselves and sharing lots of information on the area. The apartments are 3 minutes walk from the beach (in my opinion better than on the beach because there are quite a few guys who can be selling goods etc. and can be annoying at times but totally harmless and just being friendly).

A feast for the eyes and soul. The beauty of this place is only outweighed by the sweetness of Zuzana and Barack. What wonderful hosts and great breakfast in a delightfully designed and decorated surrounding. The rooms are stunning! You will not be disappointed!!

Very hospitable, great host. The property is right next to the beach, where you can find nice restaurants. Beds are comfortable, room clean, bathroom looks great. Amazing breakfasts with local fruits, bread, fresh juice, eggs and sweets. Highly recommend staying with Zuzanu!

Beautiful accomodation in the authentic village. One minute walk you’re on the beach. In this appartment you have the comfort of a tourist accomodation and you can still smell the atmosphere of the local lifestyle.

This was a great initiate property just a short walk to the beach. Zuzana and Abarack were phenomenal host. Believe the reviews about the jam. It is AMAZING. She helped us set up our airport transfer and Mnemba trip. We’ll definitely stay again when we come back to Zanzibar

Fantastic and very welcoming small property with a limited number of rooms. A great feel of safety and privacy. A few steps away from the beach. Place is run by very attentive hosts, helpful and I think sincerely caring. Amazing breakfast prepared by the hosts and taken at shared tables by the kitchen. Endless supply of fruits, homemade jams, and many goodies. Feel like being welcome in a private home. Nicely equipped rooms with all that’s needed.

My parents and I had a very nice stay at Zuzanu house, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, rooms were very nice with lots of character and I loved the fact that we were in the middle of a village so we got to experience how the locals live and 2 mins walk from the beach. Breakfast was very nice and fresh everyday.
