We had the best stay ever in Passion boutique hotel. From the beautiful decoration, to the delicious food, to the kindness of the employees - this place is a small paradise. We celebrated my husband’s birthday during our stay and Madalina and her team went above and beyond to make it a special day. We’re so grateful to them. Madalina is providing the best customer service we have ever seen. She is super accommodating, offered us options for a late check-out and always tries her best for the guests. The breakfast has no end time which is very nice on holidays, the pool is beautiful and clean, the rooftop is big and offers a nice sunset! The hotel also coordinates activities on the island. This place is just perfect!

Our stay was very pleasant for many reasons, but in particular a great team led by the hotel manager Ms Madalina, who was very attentive before and during our stay. Our room was upgraded free of charge and we were provided with a cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The hotel was very homely with a relaxed atmosphere and guests from different parts of the world. Highly recommend!

Madina, the manager of the hotel was such a nice lady! She welcomed us with her arms wide open! It felt like home! On the first day we arrived very late and she still managed to prepare a meal for us. All the other days if we had a question or if we wanted to do something she was there for us. Also the recepionist Irene and the other guy were always at our service! The bar & restaurant staff are also very kind and polite! The cleaning service 10/10. I deff’ will come back !!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Passion! The hotel rooms were beautiful, clean and stylish. Furthermore, the personell were always polite, friendly and super attentive to our needs, and did way more than expected to help us get the most out of our stay. In addition, the meals were great and the menu extensive and varied. In sum, we felt that we got very much value for money. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

The staff went above and beyond to assist me, providing prompt and effective medical care with a smile that alleviated any concerns I had. Nestled in Jambiani, Passion Boutique Hotel Zanzibar offers a haven of comfort and hospitality that made my stay memorable. Nicely prepared rooms provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration if desired or a cozy spot to just chill close to the beach. The hotel has a beautiful beach front pool, amazing views and nice beach front facilities. The hotel's aesthetics are beautifully integrated with the place, while offering a comfortable and cozy structure. If you are exploring Zanzibar's diverse set of activities, including kitesurfing in one of the nearby beaches, this is an awesome place to stay. The breakfast and overall food quality was really good, featuring an array of options to every taste. In addition, what truly set this hotel experience apart was its exceptional staff! From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, their dedication to ensuring a perfect stay was amazing. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made me feel really good at all times, leaving me eager to return for another memorable experience in Zanzibar! While our stay was nearly flawless, the only hiccup I can think of was the intermittent Wi-Fi connection. It's true that we all need to disconnect every now and then, but it still might inconvenience those needing occasional online access during their vacation.

Our stay at this hotel surpassed all expectations. From the reception team to the kitchen, restaurant staff, and cleaning crew, everyone was very friendly and attentive during our 10-days stay. A special shout-out to Madalina for her exceptional kindness and hospitality, along with all the thoughtful gestures that made our stay truly special. The food was exquisite, the property itself stunning with its warm swimming pool and unique details, all kept impeccably clean. Amazing staff, beautiful property, unique location, great service and delicious food. We stayed for 2 weeks - Madalina, Abu and the rest of reception staff, bar and restaurant staff, cleaning staff etc. were all super friendly and helpful at all times and made our stay super comfortable, made us feel like home for 2 weeks. The food was delicious, def one of the best places to eat in Zanzibar. It's such a beautiful property with warm swimming pool and unique details at every step. The place is very clean at all times. Everyone was super friendly and went beyond to make our stay special. The location is unique, very authentic, if you want a boutique luxury stay, away from big crowds and opportunity to see the authentic local culture, this is the place to stay. We also did few trips with local fishermen in front of hotel for snorkeling and fishing to the nearby reef and it was truly unique experience. Again, an amazing way to experience Zanzibar away from big crowds. We also had few Swahili massages on our terrace and the lady was absolutely amazing, one of the best massages ever, would highly recommend. Amazing place and we look forward to coming back.

It would have been nice to get a heads up for the pets I am kinda scared of dogs and cats so that made me a bit uncomfortable at times. But that was not a deal breaker

The location and intimacy of the property. The Staff was amazing Irene, Benjamin & Madeleine were all great. Even the restaurant staff were all kind. Would definitely visit this place again.

Our stay at Passion boutique hotel was a lovely experience. We pleasantly enjoyed our surroundings whilst there, the beach in Jambiani was very beautiful and relaxing place to be. The food was by far our favourite in Zanzibar, and thoughts were given to the menu. The Zanzibar Chai was so tasty! The host Laura is 10/10, she checked in on us daily and when we were sunburnt she provided us with fresh aloe Vera which was very thoughtful. We loved the room and everything about it. All in all, an amazing experience. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We couldn't even imagine before the booking that Passion Hotel is so perfect. Lovely, spacious and stylish rooms with a view at Indian Ocean. Food is very delicious, made with love. Every day there is something added to the regular menu which makes a choice even greater. Staff is friendly and especially an owner Laura is so nice and very helpful with everything. She can plan you a whole day out and compare all the prices:) She really makes that place a place you want to come back to. And If I ever come back to Zanzibar, I'll definitely come back to Passion Hotel.

If I had to pick one thing, I'd say that compared to other hotels in the area, the chill-out area, including the sunbeds, could use a little improvement. However, it's still a pretty nice spot to relax and unwind.

My recent stay at Passion Boutique was an absolute winner. This place has got it all - it's right by the sea with some epic tides, a charming fisher village out back, and rooms that are stunning dreamscapes. Laura, the manager, is a superstar as she wass a huge part of why this Zanzibar trip was the absolute best! And the rest of the crew are like your new buddies, super friendly and helpful 24/7. Plus, it's super chill around here, perfect for long beach walks without the touristy hustle and bustle. If you're after a top-notch beach escape with a personal touch, Passion Boutique is where it's at!
