This is in a lovely quiet location - a great getaway. The owners are exceptional and have a very good team. You are very looked after… and the dining is exquisite. It was a treat to stay for a week and I could easily have stayed for another! I hope you enjoy your trip as much as I did.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at “Casa Paradis” and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room was beautifully decorated, and provided all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. A place like true Paradise, made our stay feel like home. Thank you Denisa and Valentin, you are the kindest! By the way the restaurant at the hotel called “Nobis”is extremely delicious with exotic dishes and special touch to every single detail. Loved the coctails too! Overall, our experience at “Casa Paradis” exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with exceptional service. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Zanzibar!

Casa Paradis is the perfect place to stay on Zanibar. A 6 room beach front property which from the moment you arrive allows you to truly relax. The onsite restaurant serves an incredible breakfast each morning and then in the evening you have the option to have dinner there also. We had dinner every night at Casa Paradis and was the best food we ate over our two weeks in Tanzania and rivalled quality food at many global restaurants. Was worth the price and some great wines to enjoy on the rooftop as the sunsets also. The beach is also the easy to walk along and explore other places along Jambiani. The hosts and staff were also super lovely and helped us to organise airport transfers as well as trips to Paje and Stone Town. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Our only point was the lack of food offering at lunch, but this was helped by the great advise from our hosts on where to go instead!

The whole stay was amazing from start to finish! From the arrival and birthday set-up from hosts Valentin and Denisa, to the final moment everything was just so thoughtful and planned. More than just a hotel, anything we needed the wonderful team at Casa Paradis were there to help! Breakfast was great, dinner was great and the design of the hotel was second to none. Quiet luxury, exquisite food (fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented) that would rival any top restaurant in any city in the world, meticulous attention to detail and outstanding service. A beautiful beach on a quieter part of the island, which suits those looking for a totally relaxing break. Everything was great!

Closest to paradise we’ve ever been! Truly amazing place in Zanzibar. We felt an instant grounding and relaxation the moment we arrived, and we truly loved the barefoot theme. Such a nice detail. The owners are so sweet, so attentive and really made us feel at home. Staff is like a family too - everybody so welcoming and happy to see you. Food is just great! Facilities, rooms, beach access, location, pool, aesthetic… Can’t beat it. It’s unique. We had the best time in Casa Paradis! Didn’t want to leave and will for sure come back if we visit Zanzibar again.

Nothing really Next time I would stay in an upstairs room with a sea view

The owners Denisa and Valentine treated you as special guests- anything you wanted, they would organise. I wasn’t well for the last day and a half and Denisa looked after me giving me medicine and making sure I had the right food. Casa Paradis is absolutely beautiful and very tastefully designed. The attention to detail is superb and shows the love that went into designing the hotel Nobis, the restaurant serves amazing food which is beautifully presented The location is sublime - right overlooking the turquoise coloured Indian Ocean Lots of beautiful areas to sit out in and relax Beautiful infinity pool All the staff were friendly and well trained

WHERE DO WE START?! ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!! Staying here felt like a slice of paradise. Every part of the hotel has been carefully thought out and designed. The food is beyond delicious and we were made to feel very special during our stay for our honeymoon. We felt very safe during our stay and the location was just perfect. Denisa and Val are incredible owners who are always present to check you’re enjoying your stay or if you need anything including recommendations and organising of day trips and taxis which we found extremely helpful. We would 100% recommend this stay!!!!

Leaving!

We arrived late on our first evening to the hotel, we were shown to our beautiful room and quickly settled in and got an amazing nights sleep. In the morning, we opened our door to a stunning view of the amazing property and equally amazing view of the beach. Paradise is an understatement, Casa is beyond paradise. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful decorated. The little private terrace on our room was ideal for relaxing. The small grounds are beautifully kept and fresh flowers in the room were a nice touch. The whole property is incredible, I don’t think you could find much better in the area! Everything is so well kept, and kept so clean. The pool area is lovely, and swimming up to the edge to be greeted by such incredible scenery is a breath taking. The food - nothing short of incredible, we discussed only eating here once and trying some other places along the beach. We very quickly decided that was a silly idea. We ate at Nobis every evening and it just got better and better! If you stay here, eat here! The food is just next level and honestly deserves a Michelin star! Breakfast was also perfect with plenty of options and great coffee! The owners are so welcoming and warm, they made us feel so at home during our stay here. Ensuring that we had everything we wanted. Their attention to detail is incredible which shows in both the food and the hotel! Stay here! You will not be disappointed!

There is nothing not to like.

Casa Paradis is what I would call a rare find, a true gem of a place. It is by far one of the best places I have stayed in, for all the possible reasons: the design which takes you straight to 1001 Nights, the lovely owners who will immediately make you feel like home, the heavenly food, the pool and beach area, quiet location and so much more. The whole atmosphere is unique and gives you an otherworldly feeling, watching the lovely views at low tide and local people going about their daily grinds on the beach. Cleanliness is top notch, I loved the barefoot policy which just comes to show how well the place is maintained. Attention is paid to the smallest of details, from decorations and fresh daily flowers in rooms and bathrooms, to the restaurant where chef Denisa prepares breathtaking dishes, with the menu changing on a daily basis. Dinners at Casa Paradis are a must, as are cocktails enjoyed on the rooftop terrace at sunset. We cannot wait to be back! Thank you, Denisa and Valentin, for a making our stay special and for offering us an incredible home away from home.

Honestly nothing. You can find cheaper solutions in Zanzibar but in this case the pricing is adequate to quality.

This outstanding boutique hotel is just a couple of minutes from the main road in Jambiani, and when you get there the feeliing is just awesome. Romantic swimming pool with palms and very smart small "corridor" at the end to let you see the beach from safe perspective. Elegant roof terrace to spend time or have a cocktail. Luxury continental breakfast with the best fruits we tasted around. Direct access to the public beach in total safety both in high and low tide. We booked the suite and it is a charming large apartment with a fusion african/arabic architecture, studied in detail to make you feel comfortable: the private terrace with seaview is a dream and will allow you to see the sunrise from your bed. Housekeeping twice a day and stable wifi. Good choice not to offer lunch but in the evevning the Nobis restaurant is available (it always belongs to the hotel, you don't need to walk and you can go barefoot): menu changes every day based on the fresh products available, dishes are quite refined and complex, without moving to the nouvelle cuisine. Last but not least, the owners Denize and Valentin are fantastic: very efficient (they answer whatsapp in real time), welcoming and caring without being intrusive. They also helped organizing excursions on our request. To sum up: Paradis is the right name for this place!

I have no complaints!

Casa Paradis is like staying at someone's private villa. My initial thoughts upon arrival were, "wow, this is just so lovely!" It is indeed a hidden gem/slice of heaven/the epitome of beach chic. The property is thoughtfully planned, guest rooms are well appointed, everything is beautifully decorated and accessorized. One can see, the place was built (and is maintained) with love. The food was fabulous on all fronts - the quality, the preparation and presentation, and taste and texture. Sweet and savory options were offered daily for breakfast - a nice touch. Various fresh fish/seafood was featured for dinner along w/other offerings (beef, chicken, pasta, etc.) which varied nightly. Location was quiet/peaceful, area is not overrun with tourists or beach traffic. This part of the island experiences high/low tide which makes for some spectacular seascapes/colors. The owners, Denisa and Valentin, are the most gracious hosts. I was treated as a guest, but also as a friend.
