“The staff especially Zack went above and beyond to help our stay be incredible. The views of the balcony are 10/10 and rooms are clean and have hot water. Very close to everything and we felt very safe. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to come visit Moshi!”

“Very simple breakfast, not complaining for the price. Meals menu limited but alright for short stay. Bathroom reasonable clean, beds comfortable Staff very helpful in everything. Thumbs up. They can buy long distance bus tickets for you too at a cheaper price and also can organise tours too. They also recommended restaurants around the area. View from verandah towards Kilimanjaro was good. There was power cut but they have own generators. Can hang out laundry to dry.”
“We got booking and there was free cancellation before 24 hours so i reached and told the manager we will not stay for two nights , will stay only one night and he agreed and told will pay us back even if booking.com did not respond but unfortunatley did not pay .”
