Property is a bit tired and would do with an upgrade of furniture, descaling showers and cleaning the windows. Double bed was actually 2 single beds put together.

Location was decent with easy access to metro system and walkable distance to Taipei 101. Helpful staff. Free self service laundry facility.

The check-in process is done by machine and it’s very strictly for the check-in time, not even one minutes earlier. If you arrive early, there’s no any possibility to check-in in advance. This is not human-being hotel.

asked for a quiet room in the booking and they put me in the room 501 which is right next to the main road. there were 80% other rooms that aren’t close to the main road. and the hotel wasn’t not at full capacity. Had to have a ear plug for sleeping

THERE WAS NO TRANSPORT IN THIS VICINITY TO COMPUTEX BUT YOU WERE RATED ON THE LIST. YOUR PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE ARE NOT WHAT THE HOTEL WAS ALL ABOUT. MY ROOM HAD A DRIP LEAKING. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN CAN HEAR THE PERSON NEXT DOOR MAKING SUCH A NOISE.

THE DISGUSTING BREAKFAST OFFERED THAT WAS PAID FOR IN THE PACKAGE. NO TRANSPORT TO COMPUTEX. OUR MATRESS WAS IN DISGUSTING CONDITION. WATER DRIPPING ONTO THE DUVET. NEED TO CATER FOR FOREIGNERS. TOTALLY DISGUSTED.

Good location, near MRT and bus station. Easy to access tourist places. Though there is self check in machines, the staff will still help you on checking in and out.

Everything! We were given room 502, which is at the front of the hotel, the traffic noise was unbearable. There was also a huge sheet of metal with 40mm holes, across the whole of the window, blocking out everything... Not that there was much to see. We were moved to the back of the hotel, with a view of dirty rundown apartments. See pics. The breakfast wasn't worth having, and the 'canteen' staff were rude, and by the looks of it "lazy". For the price of around £80 per night, it's a rip-off. Wouldn't recommend this hotel, but it was close to a Metro station. I expected Taipei to be a vibrant, clean and high tech city, but I was completely wrong; 101 Tower is about the only thing worth seeing, but don't get carried away with thoughts of going up it, unless you want to waste £100 per person, even more expensive to go to the top.

Nothing to be honest. The hotel is extremely dated, a complete renovation is required urgently.

Location os great with a bus stop in front of the hotel. Bus going straight to Jiufen and Shifen . Buffet breakfast is the best! You can see taipei 101 when you step out of the building

Hotel is old, very old. It looks good on the photos, but it's another story live. There are stains and probably a mould on the walls. My room was dark, 2 windows were just covered, so I couldn't see that another building is a meter away. Only one socket in the room. No tea for breakfast.

The hotel room size was a bit small and its location is farther from the main city Taipei area.

The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean, and the BKF was plentiful with many choices.

Better cleaning staff, room needs renovation, sound proof from plumbing, carpet on hallways need to get replaced. staffs need to get retrained for better customer service and presentation.

Room had definitely been cleaned but could be a bit cleaner. However, this is a general observation of most hotels in Taiwan and not really a huge issue when you consider the price. Needs conditioner in the bathroom instead of just shampoo and body wash, that’s all, happy with everything else.

It’s just really good value, located well, 10 mins walk to MRT station and convenience stores everywhere nearby, 10 mins walk to Raohe street night market, Chemist next door and plenty of restaurants everywhere. Really comfy and just ticks all the boxes. Nice quality linen, comfy bed. Free laundry on rooftop with a great view of the city skyline is a bonus. Staff speak English well. If you were looking for a hotel this good in Australia you would easily be paying double or more.
