The one a la carte dinner we had there the night of our arrival was rather disappointing, but the breakfast made up for it.

The bathroom - I would prefer to have a proper shower instead of having one over the bathtub, as it is now. Also, why is there a giant panda stuffed toy in the room?!

The location is great - it's only a stone-throw away from the airport. As I only had a 15-hour layover in Taipei, I didn't feel like venturing into the city and wasting 2 hours of transit time in the process. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is quite low compared with most other hotels, though it's comfortable. And I like that the hotel promotes sustainability.

The gym & pool facilities were outstanding. Loved the 24hr restaurant perfect for odd travel times due to flight schedules. Good choice of food. Day spa open was added bonus.

Proximity to the airport was great! The pick-up and drop-off shuttle services were very handy - they arrive and depart promptly on time which is nice. The hotel is a short 5-10 min drive to/from Taipei Taoyuan airport. Staff at the check-in and checkout desks were very courteous, welcoming and professional even late at night and early morning - truly service from the heart! Room was very clean and modern. Bed was super comfy and plenty of complimentary bottled water available. Amenities like toothbrush are not laid out in the bathroom in order to be more environmentally-friendly, but are really available if you ask at reception. The shower gel and shampoo in the shower smell so amazing!

The spacious room, the welcome bear was a great surprise and a lovely thought. The bathroom and nice shampoo and conditioner.. really liked the place also for the convenience and free shuttle service to airport. Helpful staff who handled my queries well as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. Wide variety for breakfast buffet too.

Conveniently close to the airport. Accessible to and from airport by MRT, taxi and the hotel shuttle. Easy excess to MRT means you can travel to town, etc. with ease. Extremely clean room and hotel. Large room, with comfortable beds for my daughter and I. The restaurant serves a large spread for breakfast. We were able to take the hotel shuttle back to the airport in the morning with ease. This was our second visit to the hotel.

Wish I had the time to use a very nice-looking gym, but that is on me.

I live in Taipei and stayed here after an inbound flight, and the day before flying out again to avoid a round trip to the city. Very convenient location, modern, clean, and hosting an excellent Cantonese restaurant on the 2nd floor.
