Greater distance from the center, but that was expected. Small room posed a challenge; an opened suitcase didn't fit on the floor comfortably.

No drinking water, no waterketle. Just 100NT coffee at the lobby. Floor had water damage, walls were badly painted over. There where long black hairs everywhere, very small room.

Receptionist is really nice and friendly. Hotel room is quite clean and have enough furniture. Feel safe to stay here.

The Hotel is little off from anything. By foot its about 30min to the next Metro station.

The Room was spacious and very quiet. The Staff was very friendly, especially Hsiang helped me a lot. Shilin Night market is not too far and easy access to the walk/cycling paths along the river. Also Grocery store and post office are near by.

The location is not really close to anything and it’s still a drive away from Shilin night market. The rooms are not sound proof and could hear the neighbors all night.

Room was small and not maintained well. Bed wqs pretty bad, all you could feel was springs. Location is not great either. Have to take buses to get to the MRT, but there is a bus stop just outside.

Although the room, no.203 is so cold, AC works only as the cooler. When I asked the change, they said yes, but provided only a smoking smell room or a small room beside the elevator. Even though they provided an additional blanket, I spent four cold night. The cleaning staff was roughly cleaning. For the breakfast I have to walk for more than ten minutes to find a reasonable shop. The hotel stands at the west side of the river, so that the sightseeing spots are far from it.

The staff can speak English and Japanese. The temperature of shower water is hot enough. Amenities are sufficient.

Honestly very small for a room and not much space to put your things.

Super convenient, close to bus stop and super centralised close to the city centre. Easy to navigate and there is even a YouBike parking lot right in front. So no need to always rely on bus !

The "room" was an overpriced large closet on the ground floor close to the main desk. It was probably used for storage originally, then converted to a last-resort bedroom. No windows. Strange setting. Very small. Charged over $100 US. Like I said, happy to get a room, but crazy price and a very strange room. I guess the proprietors knew we were desperate.;)

That we got a room at a late hour without a reservation on a holiday weekend when all others were full.

The staff is very accommodating because i arrive early also and dont know how to speak mandarin but they very nice to talk with. the place at the back of the hotel is nice to walk and take picture with. Outside is near to bus station and family mart and the place is quite and safe

The hotel is next to a busy road, and its location means that you’ll have to take a bus anywhere you plan to go. That said, there is a family mart, 7 Eleven and bus stops all within a few minutes walk from the hotel. If I’m being picky then the room I stayed in had an obscured window that didn’t let much sunlight through so I did have the lights on most of the time.

Surprisingly nice for the price! In fact the room was equipped with more than I expected. It had AC, refrigerator, TV and all the essentials. The shower was very spacious and the bed was a great size. The hotel itself was very quiet during my stay, which meant I had no problem relaxing. There is a machine for hot/cold water downstairs which was useful for my late-night noodles. The staff were helpful (housekeeping was easy to ask for) and they spoke English very well. Overall the property is very clean!

services are ok,but there are many different prices in your app for this hotel from 1000NTD to 7280NTD. we don’t think this hotel deserve this high price.
