Breakfast can be better, food court is not open during weekdays

The room we had was starting to look and feel a little old. Things like the in room questionnaire had been used and looked through multiple time as was starting to look unpleasant. The walls had a number a scratch marks. Ice machines placed in various locations in the hotel would be very convenient. Smaller food options like a sandwich bar, open at around lunch time would solve the lack of food at that time.

The hotel is in a great location. The access to the beach is great. The McDonald's sign at the main lobby is misleading but creates a great opportunity for the hotel that runs a long the same lines as Starbucks and the Post Office that are also housed on the facility.

the hotel room is spacious. breakfast is very good with lots of selections. the best part is that, you may go to the beach direct from the hotel without going outside. this is perfect.

Hotel and particularly the rooms are old and outdated. The breakfast buffet while quite large, lacked variety and quality. Given the price and reputation, I expected nicer/modern time and better quality food. There are numerous nicer and cheaper places to stay in Kenting.

It was not straightforward navigating your way around the resort - very confusing with all the leisure theme area underground - not easy to get where to wanted at the resort. It’s a bit tired and dated. A lot of the theme park facilities seemed to be closed. Very disappointing to see deer caged up in a small area so children could feed them .

The location close to beach with undergrowth tunnel, easy walk to night food market, shops and restaurants. Laundry facilities were good. Have to say it was the most bizarre place we have stayed at - it was like staying at a theme park.

The breakfast is still not worth the price. However, a cafe within the hotel is a god alternative

The service of the hotel improved substantially since our last visit. The rooms and the beds are most certainly the best option in Kenting.

There was only 1 opportunity to eat smth at night - pizza. But the pizza was rather tasty. And there is a street not so far with food and night market.

It would be great if the tunnel to the beach opened at 6:30 in the morning.

A peaceful place to relax. I really liked the food, drinks and service in the hotel's restaurants. There is a beautiful park around the buildings, where it is pleasant to walk. It feels like the gardeners are working well. There is a place where lovely deer live. Although not all staff speak English well, communication is not a problem once you're at the hotel.: the hotel team is very helpful and friendly. The food is fresh and very tasty. Cooks and the chef are gifted specialists. In the evenings, good musicians perform in the restaurant.

Very big, busy and noisy. A very large busy breakfast area, queue after 0830. Large long corridors. We expected something smaller and quieter from the description and photos. For young families a great place.

When asking the desk staff (concierge) about returning to the train strain station we were flippantly informed “This is a hotel not a bus company. Breakfast had few options other than Chinese variations of soup, congee and stir fries. They were skimpy on the fruit compared to other Taiwan hotels. Could use more coffee machines. Really need a decent toaster or two for bread as using a toaster oven was far too slow. Then people would take my toast while I was using the time to get something else.

Easily accessed by bus from Fanglio train station, the hotel is conveniently located across from the beach and at one end of the Little Bay Beach

There no cafes such as around. Most places are closed. If you don’t book the hotel w breakfast, you really struggle to find breakfast to eat nearby.

Facilities are dated. The petting zoo area for the deer is poorly kept and the animals look like they are not treated well. A lot of parts of the hotel seem deserted.

Even standard rooms are decent size. Location is convenient for accessing the beach.
