Location wise is good however only staircase available, not that convenient if bringing big luggage. will need to use lift at earlier exit z4, or crossing the road using exit k12. Can hear the noise outside the room. will be cold at night during winter because cold air still can flow in through closed window.

Location near to Taipei main station, easily noticeable through exit z8 & food easily found along the street. bath tub. Everyday check with us if room cleaning is required.

The mattress was extremely hard. I know some people like that, but it was much too hard for us.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable hotel in a central location, right opposite the main train station. The room was very modern and nicely designed, and we enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful. Facilities are limited - it's basically just a front desk and a bunch of rooms - but it was enough for us. There are some great little local restaurants in the street downstairs for a cheap and tasty breakfast.

Just like my previous trip to Taiwan in 2015, we cannot throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl. This makes it very unhygienic for the bathroom.

The location is excellent as it is just outside of exit Z8 of the Taipei Underground Mall, if it is cold outside, then you can just traverse through the underground mall. The room itself is spacious, comfortable and clean which I like. The elevator is also located at the front and back of the hotel which makes its convenient. Downstairs there are many eateries including vegetarian shops as well as the usual convenient shops like Family Mart.

Bathtub has no curtain as such when one showers, the water will splatter onto the bathroom floor making it wet and may be dangerous as it is slippery. After each use, we had to dry the floor ourselves. The bathroom floor level is 30cm higher than the room floor so it is not recommended for elderly people to stay in such room.

Super convenient as it is just opposite the Taipei Main Station near Exit Z8. Lift is only available at Exit Z4. In the morning, many food stalls can be seen just outside the hotel lifts downstairs. We had takeaway food from these every morning and enjoyed the complimentary coffee located at the hotel reception area. As we needed additional duvet for the 2nd night, the housekeeping staff promptly obliged. Towels, toothbrushes and disposable room sandals are provided. Can request for room cleaning and change of linens if required. The beds were very comfortable and room is big enough for 3 pax luggage. Entry to room is by digital access code. It is easy for guests as we dont need to hold on to the keys or cards and it makes checking out fast and simple too.

Single bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Bathroom is up on a step so you have to be careful especially when the floor is wet. No shower curtain so the floor does tend to get wet and slippery.

Great location, close to the Taipei Main Station for MRT, high speed rail and buses, plus lots of options for food. The room was clean and most of the staff friendly. Free coffee, water and cold tea available each day.

. The bed was extremely hard and I had to request extra blanket to sleep on it. It was hard till the extend of sleeping side ways would feels hurt on my hip bone. It was literally like sleeping on floor. There was no shower curtain so it was easy to wet the bathroom. I had to buy shower curtain myself since there was a rail preinstalled. I do not understand why they did not install the shower curtain when they already had the rail. Room curtain were not usable as it was somehow spoiled and I had to borrow staplers from counter to fully close the curtain. Plastic cups were provided instead of glass. I was hesitant to use it for hot beverage so I bought glasses instead. Simply investment on providing better facilities such as curtain, shower curtain, glasses and better beds would really increase the comfort level and rating. Wall is a bit thin but luckily other guests werent making much noise except during morning you can hear people outside of the building as they start their day.

Room was spacious and clean. The staffs were very attentive and accommodating to our request. There was water dispenser and they provide bottled water as well. The baggage storage was big and luckily the surrounding wasnt too noisy. Location was great as it was very near Taipei Main Station. It was around or less than 5 mins walk to one of the main station exit Z8. There were amenities such as 7/11 and Family Mart nearby. Plenty of food places nearby as well.

Traffic can be quite noisy at night, but it's expected given its proximity to the station and a major intersection. And yes, do be careful with the steps when exiting the bathroom.

Reasonably comfortable room relative to the price. Easy check-in/check-out process. Convenient location, and there's lots of places to grab food nearby.

Very old-dated and simple furniture/decoration. Not too clean but acceptable. The drain in the bathroom smells. The bed is pretty small for 2 adults. The staff cannot speak English well. But we could communicate via Google translator.

Very convenient location. Right at the main station and close to all famous hawkers and sightseeing spots. All rooms have a window. As an Asian I’m in love with the firm mattress.

Personally feel that the bathroom step quite high, which might need to be careful.

The overall experience was quite good, the hotel location is also easy to access to any place (walk about 20 minutes to Ximending and 10 minutes to Taipei airport metro station). Facilities wise are also not bad, they provide public fridge for travelers and so far no one take it.
