We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had a splendid stay here! The place is easy to reach by bus (the station is around 5 walking minutes away) and the beach is just 1 minute away. The lady at the reception spoke good English and was always there to help, very thoughtful and kind. The room was spacious and very quiet although it is very close to the Main Street (that includes the night market). There is a coin laundry next door and we got vouchers for a breakfast restaurant that was just half a minute away. They organized a scooter to rent and took care of everything in that regard. The room was equipped with a fridge, a kettle and all other amenities including enough towels from the beginning. The AC was quiet and effective and the WiFi was very good. Also, the balcony was spacious and had chairs and a table offering a nice place to stay to listen to the sea. 11/10 ⭐️

United StatesLocation was perfect, right in front of Dawan beach (no swimming) and a ten minute walk from Xiaowan beach (swimming, lounge chairs, bar). The room and hotel are excellent for their value. The star of this property is the service — The hosts were so incredibly helpful and went out of their way to explain local geography, help me with bags, make me coffee, and supply me with extra water and towels. They even took time to show me how to use their basement washing machine and supplied me with clothing racks so I could air dry items I didn't want to machine dry. I hope to come back to Kenting someday, and I will surely stay here again.

United StatesI thought that our room included a washing machine, but it did not. There was a washing machine in the hotel that you can use for free, but we decided to wash our clothes in the laundromat a couple of stores away for a small fee.
We had a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was lovely - clean and updated. There was a breakfast menu that allowed you to pick from a few choices. When breakfast arrived, we brought it back to our room and ate it on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The beach across the street was nice for walking, but we were warned not to swim due to the undertow. There was another beach for swimming a longer walk away. The night market was a close by, but far enough away that we didn't hear the noise. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The owners were extremely nice. They always asked if we needed anything whenever we passed through the lobby. They helped us with our luggage (we had a lot) and offered suggestions of things to do. The hotel offered beach towels and an outdoor hose for washing your feet before entering the lobby. The lobby was nice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend reserving an ocean view room with a balcony.

AustriaThe breakfast gets not served directly in the hotel, but at a place close by. The food was okay, I would say typical chinese food, if you like that.. But the server were really unfriendly and treated us like unwanted guests. We skipped the breakfast for the rest of our stay. I would recommend to book the accomodation excluding the breakfast.
The owner and his employee are very kind and friendly. We got very helpful recommendations and the owner even organized tickets for our upcoming journey to Hualien. Water bottles, bananas and extra towels for the beach were provided daily. The balcony offered a nice sea view and the bed was very comfy:) The location is 5min away from the Night Market and 15min walking distance to little bay, a nice beach were you can rent a chair and an umbrella. Little bay was nice for swimming! Also the fairy cave is 1,5h walking distance away ( for those that like to hike instead of taking the bus) We had a very pleasant stay!

The small hotel is in a very quiet area with wonderful sea view and 1 minute walking distance to the beach. The rooms are clean. Night market is also just around the corner. Free bananas, fresh coffee and bottled water all day long. The hotel even provides beach towels. Breakfast is served 20 sec walking distance at a shop nearby with different sandwich options or egg scallion pancakes, fruits and milktea/coffee/tea.

PolandComfortable room, hotel located in a quiet street near the night market, buses and the beach. The super friendly owners take good care of the guests and offer free coffee, water and fruit. United KingdomThere are only a couple of parking spaces at the hotel itself so you need to park at a car park down the road then walk a few minutes, but that was fine.
The hotel perfectly suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Kenting. The managers of the hotel are super nice and friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you are having a comfortable stay. They provide free bottles of water, fruit and beach towels. We had a room with a balcony and view of the sea which was lovely. Great stay!
