Mold growing on the wall in bedroom and bathroom ceiling. Major areas were clean like the bed, but some tables had a fine layer of dust around the edges and some areas of the countertop.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, they even provided a scale to weigh your luggage. Being able to look onto the street from the bathroom was interesting.

The location is superb. Our second time staying here. We requested higher floor and with windows, its based on availability and they tried their best to assist us. The property were renovated compare with last year, which made it more comfortable. House keeping changed our towel and 2 bottles of water eveyday, even we didn't request for cleaning, so nice of them! Thank You for the awesome stay and keep up the good work!

everything ok considering the value for money

Great location, best value for money, very friendly staff. It’s literally in the heart of Ximen, conveniently next to BTR station and right where everything is happening in Ximen.

The shower is full of moulds, and not cleaned properly. I don’t think they vacuum everyday, although the bed is made daily.

The location, just at the Ximen station and the Ximending night market. They give bottles of water with paper cups and replace the toiletries everyday. Staff was helpful and arranged transport to the airport

My recent experience with a property booked through Booking.com left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find the room was not very clean, with a dirty fridge adding to the discomfort. Additionally, despite booking a room with a double bed, we were provided with two separate blankets, which was not the expected arrangement.

I recently stayed at a property booked through Booking.com, and I must say I was pleased with the overall experience. The location was fantastic, with close proximity to the metro and a vibrant, trendy street nearby. Being within walking distance of some noteworthy landmarks added to the convenience. The combination of accessibility and a lively atmosphere made my stay enjoyable.

the beds are not comfortable. felt like I was sleeping to two twin box springs pushed together to make a queen size bed. I know this because I could feel the “gap” in the middle of the two twin “beds”.

Disgusting fridge, it has a yellow liquid thats been left for months. Moldy tiles in shower room. Be careful for the food you put in the table under the TV, so many ants!! No bidet

Location, a few steps to ximen exit 6, the room i got has big windows that extends to the bathroom lol. Everyday they clean your bed, fresh towels, plus 2 water bottles everyday

Some people may call it dodgy as reception was on 5th floor and it doesn’t resemble a hotel. More like a shop lot. Aircon in my friend’s room was wonky!

Location was splendid! Although not visible, it was facing main road so it was easy for drop off and pick up.

hard to find the place . You have to search carefully it's a small lane in between shop n a bigger hotel . Hotel should upgrade to plastic or glass cup i/o paper cup

(Room 1007) - Lack of closets/cabinets, lack of place to put stuffs (tooth brush, face wash etc) near basin, desk (a simple rectangular table) is small - we had to lay luggages on floor to access our clothes and items - shower water pressure can be unstable some times

Mosquito flying inside the hotel. No toilet facility at the hotel lobby. After checkout, the nearest toilet is inside the mrt which will need some time to reach.

Double Bed, it's hard cos 2 single beds mashed together, the middle of the bed can hurt if you are a couple, just try to not sleep or do anything in the middle of the bed, go to the either side.

Location is superb, staff was very helpful especially the night shift one. Bed is a bit hard but overall we had a very nice time in ximending and it's so convenient to use the mrt because all the exits are so close. Breakfast easy to find and night market, pubs and shopping all walking distance, very close and not complicated.
