We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice hotel very close to train station. Rooms are spacious and bathroom was very nice. Overall was a good spot for a reasonable price.

Czech RepublicThe staff working at the reception were very helpful. When we asked them for extra blankets they brought them almost immediately. The room was clean, well furnished and with stable Wi-Fi. There is a free parking lot right next to the hotel for quests.

United StatesThe breakfast choices and drinks could have been better. Service at breakfast wasn't as great as we have seen at other hotels. They did not take plates away.
The room size was nice and rooms were clean. Bathrooms were in separate room. The room we had, had a very large king size bed. The hotel was clean and attractive. They held our luggage for us when we arrived early and had umbrellas for us to use. It was very close to Hualien train station. Walkable to many restaurants.

The stir fried vegetables were soupy and tasteless. The staff didn't speak any English. It was only possible to communicate using Google translate.

United KingdomVery mild complaint. We were visiting Hualien to go to the Taroko Gorge (a common reason for staying in Hualien). I know that hotels aren't substitutes for tourism offices, but I was a little surprised that the hotel had no information about getting there at all.
Excellent location within very easy walking distance of the bus & train stations. Hotel was pleasant, spacious & the bedrooms were well equipped with more space than usual.

We enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff, good breakfast options, and spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. The free bike rentals were a highlight for us - nice way to get around Hualien. The hotel is a short walk from the train and bus stations, and near many restaurants and cafes.
