Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great to be close to light rail. MRT 10/15 minute walk. Really nice area to stroll round at night looking at lights Breakfast while asian food mainly there was still plenty of choice.

Germany-crowded breakfast room -Food was only slowly refilled -coffee was really bad -breakfast clearly catered to Asian preferences - shower in the room did not work, shower in bathtub however did -moldy silicon joints in the bathroom -found hair in bathroom and clipped nails on carpet :/ -sheets were clean but pretty worn down

Germany- Room: not clean after cleaning. Towels stinks like wet dog and cigarettes. We even had one time black shoe prints inside the bathroom floor. - Breakfast: quality changed day to day, food are sometimes cold, not much choices and sometimes just let things being empty. Recommand with a card to put on table to let the cleaning staff to see someone‘s still eating.
Big room, spacious and with a quite big balcony with view. Staff are friendly.
