Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Singaporethe soundproofing of the rooms were really bad, understand that this is an old building and the mgt did heads up for us to bring along ear plugs. as a light sleeper if not for the ear plugs i would have suffered at night.
the location is near enough to Ximending but with a bit of distance of 'peace'. the room was clean and sheets and amenities nicely provided. i also like the additional touch of a handwritten note on some of the night markets recommendations by the hotel. They also provide preorder delivery for basic souvenirs like pineapple pastry and tai yang bing. On the day of checkout i noticed there's also the preorder of the famous Fu Hang soymilk too! Surely to try when i next check in with them.

PhilippinesWe cannot control the temperature of the AC. It stays at 24-25 degrees celsium (which is warm for us), however you try to control it. We can easily hear the noise from other rooms or the hallway.
The location is great, right outside exit 3 of Ximen station. There are also bakeries and convenience stores near the hotel. There is a 24/7 drink station at the basement. The water pressure of the shower is strong.

SingaporeIt would be great if there are more lifts, and soundproofing as the doors slam pretty hard.
Hotel is strategically location between exit 3 and 4 of the station, and a short distance walk to Ximending! The staffs were friendly and always eager to help~ The toilet is a surprisingly big, compared to the sleeping area.. but considering we have a bathtub in it, I guess it makes sense. The room are small but sufficient. The basement area to rest, do laundry and have some tea is amazing!

United StatesMosquitoes somehow got in my room despite all windows closed. Light from the street is incredibly bright in the room and looks like daylight at night, though there is a black out curtain.
Amazing location, right next to the ximen station and across the street for downtown ximen. Appreciated the 24 hr laundry service and the late night cup noodle. Tv connects to YouTube app, which is helpful for watching foreign things. Fast internet.

MalaysiaThe room is a bit small for 3 people.. since all of us bring big luggage, there is limited space for us to unload our stuff. Plus since we are Muslim we need to pray but the space is quite limited, we have to pack our stuff to manage the space to pray..
the hotel staff is so friendly. the location is great because it is so near the train station, just 3 minutes walk to the hotel.

SingaporeIt’s located within walking distance to Xi men ding and just opposite Xi men station exit. Super convenient. They also provide washing machine so we don’t have to bring a lot of clothing for long trip! Staff is super friendly. We asked for recommendations , they gave a good spread of list . Also special mention to Gina who served us during check in. She saw the room is for our parents, and the room bathroom comes with bathtub. She arranged to send a little stool for them to step into the tub!
