Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe cleaning staff is allowed to change bath towels only once a day. The hotel lighting in the public areas is dim: could be brighter. The coin operated laundry is on the rooftop and only partially covered. On rainy days, the floor is wet.
Near to the train station. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, water pressure good. Reception speaks English and is helpful with dining reservations and taxis.

PolandIt is not a 5-star hotel - not everything was perfect, for example there was some dust under the bed and the room wasn't luxurious. Nevertheless, for an average-standard hotel, it was very good. And any inconveniences were so minor that they did not disturb our stay.
My room in this hotel was clean and well prepared, which was what I cared about the most. According to previous reviews, the hotel is actually quite old, but it definitely did not interfere with the stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well designed. There was a hairdryer, towels, shampoo and soap, as well as accessories such as a toothbrush. At night, even though the air conditioning was working, it was quiet. The hotel is in a favorable location - close to the train station, shops and pubs. Generally, I evaluate my stay very positively.

Great Hotel. It’s situated near Tainan train station (8 minutes of walking). The staff is very welcoming, and speaks good English (which was NOT the case when I was in Tapei). The room is sufficiently large, clean, and with a lot of light. A had a good view of the city from my room. I find the price really average for the service served. I do recommend.

United StatesInternet speed was very disappointing. Only 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload at best. Not suitable for guests that need a consistent and decent internet bandwidth (I'm a photographer). You'd also have issues if there were 2+ active devices streaming videos. (For reference, I stayed in other Taiwanese hotels at similar price-points that had 100 Mbps). Hotel facilities indicate that they have a self-service laundry but it's closed after 22:00 which limits usage considerably.
My room was high enough to avoid street noise and had good sun exposure. The room was spacious although a bit bare. Many restaurants nearby to eat outside and historical landmarks to explore.

United StatesI was in a room on the corner, so it got full sun throughout the day which made it very warm. The shower and tub set up was a little strange. I didn’t see a drain in the floor and the shower curtain didn’t cover everything, so I basically had to hold the hose and rinse off. It was super awkward.
