All the staff were very friendly and helpful, clean, perfect location, close to public transport and sightseeing places, plenty of nice restaurants arround. Good variety of delicious breakfast on the last floor with a lovely view, where in the evening is a nice bar/restaurant, a bit pricy but nice

There is a loud club/bar across the road. We were on a low floor so it was a little loud until the early hours of the morning. Not as close to the main Istanbul attractions as I would have preferred. It is a short walk to the tram station though.

Nice hotel. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. The private bathroom was good. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and even included a pianist playing some soothing songs :) The train/Metro station is just around the corner. The tram station is a 5 to 10 min walk.

recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Zurich and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. I must give a special mention to Ms Feride, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a beautiful fruit basket in our room, a thoughtful gesture that made our day even more memorable. Additionally, Ms Feride was incredibly helpful in arranging tours for us. Recommend this hotel for anyone who opt to stay at Istanbul.

Great location, very close transport links within 2 mins by foot of the Underground and 5 mins to Metro. Clean hotel with great customer service and situated in a nice place with restaurants, dessert shops & convenience stores next door. The staff were also really warm & welcoming and surprised me with a Birthday Cake & lovely Card for my 30th Birthday. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The bathrooms could do with a little tlc, the shower pressure was very strong and the bath filled up quickly when taking a shower, a minor inconvenience though and not something that would put me off returning in the slightest. Everything else far out weighs this!

Rooms were a good size, lovely and clean and well decorated. The rooftop bar was great, fantastic atmosphere, great food (some of the best we ate all holiday), fantastic drinks, staff were really on it with service and were always able to get a table without booking. You must visit at least once (although we went as a last stop every night 🤭) Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice good food and lovely location looking out over the city. Access to the spa was nice, not the most impressive spa but clean open until 11pm which was a huge bonus and staff were friendly. Treatments are reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is great an easy 25-30 minute walk to main attractions such as Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia etc… a 10 minute walk from the Grand Bazzar and surround by plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Fantastic value for money, with the inclusion of breakfast and spa access.

The staff at hotel Zurich were all so helpful. We had a couple of issues with our air con not working but after a couple of discussions and visits to our room it was finally sorted by engineering coming at 11:30 at night. After that it was so effective. We had been offered the opportunity to move room too if they hadn’t been able to fix it. Things happen, but how they handled it was great.

Parking is not available which is accepted due to the location of the hotel in the old city. It was a bit difficult to find taxi by application because of the over crowded traffic nearby.

The hotel location is very convenient; close to diversity of restaurants, markets, shops, money change offices, bus stops, metro & Tramway, sultan Sulliman mosque, three stops by tram to blue mosque and hagiasophia. Rooms were cosy, clean, well decorated, house keeping clean the room every day. Check in time was very fast, I requested early check in & they gave me the room at two hours before hotel check in time. The WiFi signal was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with wide variety of food and the restaurant was in the 7th floor with amazing view of the city, mosque and sea. Special thanks to the piano player who made the breakfast very nice with his music. Special thanks to all reception staff for their help and nice smile. Three lifts were available to serve guests so no waiting to go to your room.

Very nice service in the restaurant downstairs of the hotel and at breakfast. A particularly nice and helpful person, especially was the girl at the reception with red hair. Very clean hotel with very good food. I will definitely come back.

This property was my last stop on my turkiye tour and I loved it the most. The room was very spacious, the AC was wonderful, it is well-located and within distance of main attractions. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen in Istanbul so far. I would recommend this hotel. 100/10
