The staff was friendly and helpful, the house and garden were very nice, and their restaurant and bar prices are really okay (we were expecting higher prices). We would definitely recommend Zai Jardin and hope to come back some day.

Prices at the restaurant are shocking and food was average. The pool isnt maintained, we found a scorpion in the pool, luckily it was dead.

It would be great if you could add some lights on your big road sign to avoid missing the entrance.

We had a lovely two weeks at zai jardin , my kids didn't want to leave the hotel ,everything was amazing the place is just magical,hidden gem in the mountains .If you are looking for relaxation, serenity and peaceful time then this place is for you, it's a detox place lol. 30 minutes away from the city by car ( car is a must there) there is few shops near by ( 15 min away)...the personal of the hotel are very helpful, amazing customer service 👍👍the food was delicious and affordable and they can even deliver it to your door which was a bonus for me as I have a baby so it was more comfortable for me to eat at home in the garden by the pool. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable with zero stress ,it means a lot to us .I highly recommend this place to everyone to refill your batteries with positive energy.

Power cuts. We had 3 power cuts during our one night stay. When you having dinner in the living room in the middle of the night and the power cuts off it isn’t pleasant. Power does come back up within minutes but not the best experience.

It’s a little bit far from for Fethiya center around 15 to 20 min but we already rent a car & enjoy the beautiful views

I booked purple villa for 2 bed rooms & it was amazing it’s like a dream Villa my kids really enjoyed. this is what I called summer vacation. The stuff was helpful and sweetness . Thank you Ata for helping us to book a Safari and thank you Mirai for your sweetness welcoming, the food was delicious ,I highly recommend I like the environment, good music in the restaurant. The food was delicious. Definitely I will back again. I would call it the vacay home you can hear the sound of natural. I respect the owner because he is very interested in the smallest details of his resort, Thank you Mete for your hospitilzation & your Lovely smile .

Every thing here is a surprise. We had a fantastic time here. It feels like live in a deam garden here, much beyond our expectattion. The dinner was fantastic too, definitely worth to stay.

The place to find your inner peace.. We’ve had a FANTASTIC stay in Zai Jardin. They’ve welcomed us with warmth and kindness, from the moment we arrived to the very end of our stay. We were welcomed to reception and given all the information we needed. The customer service at this accommodation is excellent. Quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic. They went above and beyond with the service and to help us to get to know the area. The lovely staff is a 10/10, the food quality is a 10/10, the environment is a 10/10. Having breakfast with such a breathtaking mountain view. The sunset was so beautiful, also visiting the Fethiye old town, Oludeniz, the historical places in Fethiye, Fethiye city and the stunning beach area made my trip memorable. We absolutely want to come back to Zai Jardin. It was my first time Turkey, it was exactly what I was hoping for, this place holds valuable memories. THANKYOU very much guys for the impressive experience! Until we meet again..

Room came with jacuzzi, however the jet stream was not working. Probably because of the poor electric infrastructure. The biggest con was the (black) mold in the ceiling of the hobbit house. We didn’t feel comfortable opening the windows at night, which ended with sore respiratory tract. A serious health issue! Also the price of the drinks were very high for turkish standards. Also the house smelled of sewage. for guests with an eye for detail; architectural finishing was poor.

This host is trying to scam guests by asking for payments after checkout! Imagine that they sent picture of dirty towel that it should be washed normally claiming that we destroyed the assets and consumables and he is asking for 6000 lira😊 dear why not asking for more i am not stupid enough to pay for you what you like??😅 you wanna complete the house maintenance on my account are you serious!! You claimed to booking that we are responsible of the air heater maintenance??? I didnt notice even there was air heater we are in august!! How come you're trying to scam while being that much iq limited! Shame on you. The pictures are nice but when you reach there you will know that some trees in the farest side on earth are not worth neithed the money nor the hospitality they provide! Worst quality of furniture, no maintenance, no cleaning tools, bad breakfast.

Breakfast is very limited (basics), the staff is not trained to serve breakfast: no napkins, they don't offer or ask what do you want to drink or if we need coffee or tea unless you ask! For the first impression everything looked perfect but when you start using the assets you will see how bad is the maintenance. The outdoor furniture is old and needs renovation/maintenance. All chairs are wooden and not stable, one of them broke while sitting on and my mum fell on the floor. We did not report on the spot because we are staying for 2 nights and not worth it to be replaced. However my husband tried to repair it. There were no cleaning tools!! When guests stay in such accomodation you need to ensure that they have trash bags, broom, dustpan, wiper, kitchen and floor towels not napkins!! I stayed before in similar villas and everything was there even laundry detergent. On check out, the guy was talking in a very rude and impolite way: he said it is us who broke the chair and that this is not human!! Dears, you need a lotttt to learn about hospitality. I didn't want to say anything about the cons until this guy came to insult us after all! The villas need maintenance not only the one we took since we were booking 2:) regardless the electrical cut off that happen suddenly🙂Check the management and everything will be fine

You will like it if you aim to relax far away from the crowd and the city. Not suitable if you don't have a car.
