Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was the best location in Lalely district. Breakfast was good and diverse. In the room there are kettle and cups, tea/coffee. I had discount and for this price hotel was good. But full price not worth it

CyprusThe shower and bathroom was incredibly small. toilet and shower were almost touching. The bedroom was great though, very comfortable beds.
The staff were warm, and welcoming from the start to the finish. The breakfast was awesome in variety, and taste. There was a lady preparing local pastry in the morning fresh! Waiters and staff were all knowledgeable on the locations and advised in professional fashion. The young front staff member waited with us at the departure for the taxi arrival right to the end. Nice touch.

The location, near to Aksaray station and you can actually walk to nearby locations. The room is small but enough for a small family. The pool is not heated, but my kid enjoyed it still. nice to dip, after the long walks. Staff are friendly. The taxi (though we are scammed by some) it’s not that expensive going to other attractions from the hotel- just always ask to run their meter.

CroatiaDaily room cleaning is OK, but during the years ( this was my 3-rd in Zagreb hotel ), extremely seeable no changes, no yearly cleaning and not checking the status of every single room. The swimming pool is the feature of the hotel, but every year something is wrong, something is not working. This year 1 of 2 jets in the pool was not working and nobody did nothing. I spent every year about 2 month in the hotel and dont like to make complaints about something that should be working. Food fantastic, guys at the reception desk fantastic, as well as all the others, but somebody should take complaints very seriosly. Probably manager if there is one. Educate personell English. I am trying to learn some Turkish. Regards Lidija
The personell is exquisite. Reception desk - Mr Gazi, Mr Azad and Mr Tekin, very helpful, polite, friendly, hard working gentlmen. Good English which is definitily necessery to understand each other. All the others nice young people, helpful and kind. Only there is a presence of lack of English.

good location, near a tram stop. 20 minutes on foot to the old town, there is also a clothing market nearby. there is a teleisolator, a dryer, an iron, you can ask at the reception, a refrigerator with water, and an air conditioner bed linen and towels were changed every other day. the bathroom is a little small and the shower is aromatic, but causes slight discomfort. on the 6th floor, the pool is clean and warm. the breakfast is tasty, there are fruits and vegetables, there were new dishes on the code day

Our stay was great. Very supportive staff in the hotel warm welcome and great with thier assistance at all times. Location was the best for shopping and tourist easy transportation, buses and trains.

New ZealandLocation was good, close to metro and tram. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast offered a good selection. Easy and cheap to get to and from airport on metro if you have the time. We had a corner suite, this was small but did have a sitting area which was good. Pool was nice.
