The room decor might look a bit tired for some, as the resort is now a fascinating 25 year old, but nevertheless they are clean, well maintained and comfortable

Perhaps due to the downside of all inclusive offerings, it seems some guests indulge in too much alcohol. There were residue throw up smells in common places including in the bathroom of hotel room. We requested deep cleaning, which helped address it a bit but didn’t completely get rid off it…

It is well organized with great activities. We joined the Pilates and Cardio dance classes with Olga and had great fun. We also liked the food options. Villa style family rooms were quite comfortable.

The food did not meet my expectation, at times it was very repetitive, however, at times it was excellent. The night time entertainment however, I would say was not very suitable for young children, it was not explicit but it was definitely PG at times.

Could have a shuttle service to the Antalya airport.

We are here for the forth time. Excellent for adults and children. Abundance of food and drinks of high quality! Easy to get to have a swim in the sea. Fun aqua park!

Every thing was amazing the pools the food the facilities the night show the staff every thing was perfect The staff makes events and plays during the day they will not let you fill boring specially girl named (gadara) and some guy from morocco I don’t know his name they where very polite and funny the make us happy all our stay

There was no atm in the hotel and ev car charger. The furnitures were a bit old.

Everything was perfect, beach, staff, kids club, pool, bars, restaurants, day and night events, hairdresser (especially Samara). Spa and turkish hammam was amazing.

The rooms need to be upgraded, it felt like I’m in the 90s. 1st room we took it smelled like humidity so we upgraded to connected rooms. The rooms need a major upgrade to be 5 stars room. Also, lots of Ants were around the swimming pools (next to xanadu bar) and the sounds of insects on the trees were annoying. I know that thats nature but they are really loud.

The staff were really friendly, the facilities are nice for families. The food was good with so many options (try to book the restaurants prior to your arrival or eat in the main restaurant which is good also).

Disco is too loud and till 23.00 (for us as a family it was a disadvantage). For young couples could be a benefit. First night we had very uncomfortable matrices but they were changed upon our request next day to very nice and comfy ones. Food is overall very nice but due to the personal preference was too heavy. You should monitor what drinks are being served on the bar. If you don't control and say precise you get a local cheap alcohol instead of international. Weird aging rules: some water rides are for kids only, some are for teens and some are for grownups but all in different areas so you can't enjoy of taking a waterslide ride as a family - somebody will be restricted to use the slide. My suggestion would be to change the system to Hight/Weight restrictions instead of age.

Grate and responsive stuff (uncomfortable matrices were immediately changed for us and overall response time is very fast). Tennis courts with lights at night. Dishes for children, especially lunch were delicious. Also the cook is very friendly. Very clean. Easy to communicate with the stuff: speaks at least (English, German, Russian). Great pools, especially one in the bungalow area. Nice climbing facility for children (12+). Lots of sunbeds on the beach and it's not crowded at all. Very pleasant atmosphere in the a la carta restaurants. Small but very nice gym with all you need equipment. Very nice SPA area.

I started to dislike this hotel (despite being here 5 times): blasting music up to 23:00 and more from the concert zone close to the main pool. You can't escape even if you close all the windows. If they offer you to change the room to a faraway building, but there is another disco (even loud) from the closest hotel :(( It seems they don't care about kids and if they want to sleep. Another moment is a Yamaha mini-car with VERY noisy engine that could come back and forth on the beach road while you are having your cocktail or walking in the park. They don't care about all these important things.

It's a 5-star hotel with a nice beach and territory full of pines — a very cozy and nice place.

At this Xanadu you have to pay extra for some of the items that are included at others. For example, the bowling at €7,,2 of the 3 a la carte restaurants (a punchy €30 a head), the video games Being picky the omlettes tend to have a slightly burnt oil flavour and the, very well cooked, barbecue items always have a slight background taste of chemical accellerant. Again, being picky, there aren't any options for jumping into the sea off the pier which is a bit of a bore when travelling with teenagers

Very well run, high service all inclusive. Good range of drinks. Good range of food, mostly well cooked, especially the Turkish options in particular the wraps when available. The pools are a good size and the slides and really excellent (3 older child /adult ones) some smaller children slides. There is a pleasant beach area and lots of space. The beds are very comfortable The staff were universally pleasant and accommodating and you almost never have to wait for anything. The rooms were beautifully presented and there was no intrusive noise. The entertainment was engaging enough I actually went and I normally hate that stuff
