The hotel location is absolutely great at the center of the city. Big advantege was the parking place for our motocykles (hotel has its own parking which is very close). The hotel looks quite new and beautiful. Comfortable, big and clean rooms with everything you need, wifi is good and fast without any problem. The staff is friendly and willing to help whatever needed. Especially ladies from the reception Meri and Sirin were very helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was excelent.

There is nothing we can complain of. We are more than happy with our stay there.

Comfortable, big and clean rooms with everything you need. The staff was amazing and very friendly! Especially on the reception (unfortunately we don’t remember their names 🤷🏼‍♀️ )! We have had to check out at 11AM and they offered us to leave our car in the parking for the day so we can walk around without to worry about the car. :) The restaurant was cozy and the breakfast was rich and delicious.

The only comment I can make about the hotel is that the quality of breakfast items could be better. From product variety point of view, it was plentiful and looking great: several types of cheese, olives, jams etc. However, the quality of some items do not match with it. Although we arrived at the breakfast area quite early in the morning, simit and pogaca were not fresh at all, tomatoes were tasteless, sucuk was very very dry and the filter coffee did not taste good (fortunately, the hotel has also an automatic coffee machine which had much better coffee). We enjoyed the cheese though.

The location is absolutely great being at the center of the city. The hotel has parking place both in front of the hotel (for 4-5 cars) and at a nearby (app 50m) private parking location. The building looks beautiful both from outside and inside. The room has everything you need, wifi quality is good. The staff is friendly and willing to help whatever needed.

The room was actually smaller than I expected. Considering the price, it could have been a bit larger. Our room was in the inner yard, I do not suggest it because you have to close window to avoid loud music. And in the mornings you can here the inner yard voice since people have their breakfast in the yard.

Everything! The beds were so comfortable, in fact the most comfortable bed we had slept in during our entire 6 week holiday. The 2 employees that deserve compliments are Sirin and Merilyn from reception. Not only are they helpful and friendly, but they are really competent in their jobs. They are some of the reasons that will be back.

There was misunderstanding about the receipt. The administration claimed that they cannot issue it the way I and nmy financial office back home wanted - after some unnecessary haggling the problem was resolved.

The breakfast was exceptional. Very tasty pastry. Also, for dinner I had very good burgers and köfte. The location is very close to the historic center. The room was quiet and very clean (which was a must). The WI-FI was fast and I did not experience any stoppages. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. The hotel has its own car park nearby.

The hotel is extremely close to all the shops. There is parking. It is on the other side of the street though. The staff is friendly and very nice.
