There was nothing that we didn't like about this place.

The whole experience with Volans suites couldn't be faulted in any way. It was perfect from start to finish and my partner and I enjoyed our first trip abroad and made unforgettable memories thanks to this villa.

The only thing that was upsetting it was no Internet for about 24hours. There was some line montanite going on. Can understand that if was not the Property fault, but still had to use my own mobile date and run a huge bill. Had to make a complaint to booking. The house did refund me £20, which is better than nothing. For which we are very grateful. Pool is quite deep not for little children or people who can't swim. Also there is mosque near by and the Imam was "singing" every 4 hours. Oh yes and the worst thing is we had to pay Cash for our stay...somehow I did not see that on the payment description. Ended up paying % on top of our cash withdrawal, and one of my credit cards got eaten by one of the cash machine :( Hope the owners give Guests a chose how they wish to pay for they stay.

It was just me and my husband. It was so great from start to beginning. Very clean. Pool, jacuzzi, balcony, not far from the shops and sea. Love it! Very good for couples.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil location. We had been travelling for 3 weeks prior with multiple stops. This was the final week of our honeymoon and we wanted to just relax totally for the first 3 days. Which is actually what we did. The villas, pool and facilities are excellent. The hosts left us totally alone, we contacted Sinem the owner through booking with any queries. We believe the villas are wonderful for couples who want to totally relax. Plus families with young children. The owners require payment in cash, so make sure you take enough cash. ATM withdrawals in Turkey charge 8%. If travelling by taxi, get a taxi to stop at a supermarket on your way for some basics. The nearest supermarket is approx 3/4 a mile away. Calis beach is a lovely resort near by cost €6by taxi. Fethiye go to the old town for a meal in the evening, lovely atmosphere - Taxi €8.

The place was beautiful and spotless. The host is great and responsive. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design of the place and all the amenities. The decorations and greenery around the villa were wonderful. It was the perfect place for a romantic getaway for my wife and I.

Could not be more perfect

Location was great, 15 mins drive to city center and 2 minutes drive to beach. Villas are located in the land of Orange trees so it is located in quiet region and lots of fresh air.People who wants to stay away from crowd but want to close enough to city, it is best place to stay. Also, Friendly staff and amazing hot tub.

We had a family of bats staying in the roof in Volans 3 villa. As the roof is exposed at Volans we could hear them screeching and rustling all night. We have videos and images of the bats flying around. My wife and children slept on the sofa during most of our stay which was uncomfortable. The lady manager seemed very unwelcoming and was reluctant to fix the issue.

They position as high end, but provide no privacy, no basic toiletries like shampoo/conditioner (only the cheapest trash soap), no pool towels (even though there is a pool) and no refill of toilet paper (there was literally 1 roll in each bathroom and we had a group there it for a week). It just didn’t make sense to me - charging so much for the area in the middle of nowhere, having pretentious interior design and lacking basic hospitality items. Are they expecting travellers to fly out with TP and towels on vacation? Other things to note: it is not mentioned in the listing, but they do not allow you to use the pool on your “private” villa from 6 to 9 AM, because a guy comes over every day (!!!) to clean it. Which he does loudly and wakes you up (if you’re asleep) or simply invades your private space (if you’re awake and want to stay outdoors in the early morning). They take $200 in cash as a deposit (which still doesn’t seem to cover potentially stolen pool towels - they told us they had an “issue” in the past and it seems like every guest who came after has to suffer for this).
