IrelandIt's not in the centre of the important tourist area but with planning you can get around on the tram and metro. A few maintenance issues with my room which should be given attention otherwise they could give a bad impression.
It's a small hotel and the deluxe bedroom was worth the price. From the 5th floor there was a great view over the mosques and palace. Staff were friendly and helpful and great choice for breakfast much of which was different from standard European breakfast, so plenty of experimentation. I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything (location, staff, breakfast) was pretty good about this hotel. The rooms were clean. The view from the room balcony was great (we booked a room on the top floor). The staff is extremely friendly. Metro station is 10-15 minutes away by walking. We did not have our own car, so I am not sure about the parking options at this hotel. I would definitely book this hotel again on our future trips to Istanbul.

Great location on the main street of Cihangir, surrounded by great restaurants. Close but not too close to Taksim, and walking distance from Karaköy (though uphill on the way back). Room was clean, staff were very nice and helpful.

SpainThe room is clean and fancy, the bath is superb. Don't expect big room, if you see meters in the description of the room. The Bosporus Strait view from the breakfast room is invaluable! The breakfast variety could be improved with some fried eggs, but in general breakfast was quite various, my favorite were the pancakes. Hint for the coffee lovers: you can ask for a Turkish coffee, because it's better avoid to call coffee what is in the automate. The hotel is situated in a very touristic area with a lot of restaurants and bars for the foreigners.

Fantastic location and amazing decor in the hotel. Room was very luxurious and the staff was great and always willing to help. Air conditioning was a life saver after spending the day out and coming back to the room. Lots of shops and supermarkets close by and about 20min walk to Taksim Square.
