Some noise could be heard from both the corridor and street. It was a quiet street from traffic but there was some noise from restaurants until late night. We could also hear other guests talking in the corridor and unlocking their door when they came back (it echoes).

Very kind and helpful host, and he offered us a room upgrade at check in… thank you! Location was good to explore the key sites of the old town.

READ THIS REVIEW! Turna Pansiyon was really great! The first thing we noticed was how spotlessly clean it was! The budget doubles were small, but the superior triple was quite large. It was really nice to have two budget doubles next to a superior triple because our entire family could be in the same hallway which made getting ready in the morning and organizing the day so much easier. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! We had two electric wheelchairs which they were constantly helping us bring out to the street for the day and then store for the evening. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioners worked great. The showers had very hot water and great water pressure. Location was actually fantastic, and there are lots of delicious, affordable restaurants nearby. Great value!!!

If I was going to be really critical there was no daily maid service, do you however need that?

Very basic hotel but an absolutely honest little hotel. The location is amazing. Front desk staff will do anything to help you. Free water whenever you need it free coffee and tea. The fridge is also in the small rooms. This hotel is the most amazing value for money.

It was a perfect stay. The location was very convenient and close to the main attractions like Ayia Sofia and near the tram station. The room is clean and has a spacious bathroom. Last but nor least the host was very helpful, he provided water and coffee and he arranged the airport transportation with a very good price.

The hotel has a very good location. It is located in the center. We had a free parking place for the car in front of the hotel. Nearby there are stops for all types of public transport and a lot of restaurants at affordable prices. The hotel and the room are clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and very kind. They even sent us gifts. I recommend!

The location (walkable distance to many attractions, Blue Mosque, Santa Sofia Mosque and others), near to nice restaurants with affordable prices, the area it’s quiet but above all Ali and his family, who assisted us for the whole trip, giving us advice about where to eat, what to visit, providing everything we needed for the room, arranging for us a taxi to the airport for a really good price and he even giving a small gift to go back home. They were extremely attentive and nice.

The towels are probably air dried so they are very scratchy.

On arrival, we thought the room was a little small, but it was adequate. Any reservations we had were outweighed by the amazing location close to all the big sites in Sultanahmet and the grand bazaar and the T1 tram. It’s a family run business, and our English speaking host, Ali, the son was fantastic…. Super friendly, accommodating, gave us some affordable restaurant options. He did some nice extras for us. It’s a modest hotel, but it is very clean, and we would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from Aya Sofija and Blue Mosque. The terrace is great, the appartment clean and the owner is sooooo so kind, really great guy! He even gave us the gift on the last day! And free baklava when we arrived :)
