South AfricaDuring our stay we loved on the floor where the terrace is situated, the WiFi really struggled to connect while in the room but worked out on the terrace so really not a big deal. Also being a cave hotel if people are staying above you sand will fall from the ceiling
The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and so kind. The location is superb! The view from the terrace is out of this world and could not recommend more! The room has everything you need and the accommodation is perfectly situated close to all the restaurants!

MalaysiaRoom was not air conditioned. According to staff it would be cold in the cave room. We went there during summer and it was not cold as been mentioned. View was great but not as been seen like in the photo provided in the website.
Staff Saiful was very helpful and friendly. He offered us a standing fan to use in the room. Good view from our room. Need to wake up early for best sunrise view.

Staff are approachable and will check on you all the time, making sure your Goreme visit is smooth. Our room is 104 and it is front of the road, which means a bit noisy but perfect for sunny days as it has 2 big windows! Overall, the room is chiller than we expected.They will also help you booking any activities and we tried an spontaneous decision to do ATV and we did not regret it!

South AfricaThere was constant dust in the room that was falling from the cement in the roof. Room was very small. Bathroom was always flooding due to poor design of the bathroom. No cleaning of the room everyday.
Location was good and we could see the balloons from the balcony. Breakfast was not something to bring about, however you make do with what you have and carry on. Food was very expensive in Goreme, average meal per person was in the region of 500 Lira so the breakfast helped. Seyfullah and Ulviye were amazing and made our trip comfortable.

AustraliaOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!! Excellent terrace views, delicious buffet breakfast each morning, clean and comfortable rooms. What stood out the most were the staff members. They were all so friendly and the hotel manager was helpful which made our stay and holiday in Goreme stress free. We were offered çay (tea) throughout the duration of our stay which made us feel at home. We booked our tours through the hotel and they were excellent right from pick up to drop off. Would definitely book this hotel again 1000%

One of the best locations to stay in Goreme. The manager, Tarek, is very friendly and helped organise our balloon tours at a reasonable price. Breakfast was good. Saifullah at the reception is a cheerful and lovely person who helped carry our luggage and looked after us during the stay. View from the terrace is brilliant to watch hot air balloons early morning. The hotel is also one of the highest in the region. Goreme Main street with loads of restaurants is a 5 mins walk away.

United KingdomMaybe just cleaner bathroom on arrival (there were hairs everywhere near bath) - it's ok though, I am yacht stew so I will always pick up on these details. I just cleaned up myself lol. I was very grateful for an earlier check in though, so maybe the staff were rushed. Overall everything else clean and it was a lovely stay.
LOVELY friendly and welcoming staff who go out their way to help you. Very unique cave hotel bedrooms, I rate this place the best terrace to view the hot air balloons in the morning (after much research!! this one is the BEST!) Very spacious rooms with everything you need, the terrace for breakfast was my favourite spot - and there is even a more higher roof top place with cushions and carpets for you to watch the sunrise hot air balloons. (not crowded like other hotels aka the insta famous charming hotel where people have to PAY for views like this!!) Thanks Tarik for making it special and helping to book all my tours too! I had the BEST balloon ride tour booked VERY last minute via The Travel Inn hotel staff :)

Unusual cave style hotel, we visited first time. Hotel has nice location, not far from the centre, a bit on the side, that's why was quite at night. Amazing view of balloons from terrace! We really enjoyed, breakfast was nice, every day different, always fresh and tasty, exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff, especially mr Tarik, he does his job well, always in good mood and wonderful person.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room with the typical stone walls was warm and cozy, well worth the experience. The adjoining terrace provided a fantastic vantage point to view the town of Goreme whilst having a takeaway or a glass of wine. The early morning view of the hot air balloons at sunrise was spectacular. The price was very competitive.
