Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ArgentinaThe speaker system for the "call to prayer" must have been right beside my window. It was carried out twice while I was sleeping and honestly was as loud as a rock concert (and I've been to hundred of those). The first occurrence was at 4:50am and the second one was around 7 or 8am. Fortunately, I sort of find the vocal style soothing and meditative, so after being jarred awake, it wasn't the most irritating music that exists, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep through.
Breakfast met my expectations, my room was clean except for a leaky faucet in the bathroom that needs to be tended to. Check in and check out were smooth :) Easy to find.

The quadruple room is very spacious, fit for us, family with 3 children. It’s a budget hotel however we found it pretty comfortable. The room is clean and quiet. Standard breakfast is served every morning. Internet connection is also good. Location is strategic, not so far from Boztepe Hill and Forum Mall. Banks (ATM), taxi stand and restaurant are available nearby. Even there’s a supermarket downstair. We really appreciated hotel manager who’s very proactive and responsive. Overall it’s a pleasant stay.

The owners were lovely... helpful and kind .they lent me a charger, hairdryer, booked a taxi for me and let me stay in the room until 4pm with no charge. It was very clean, had everything you need for couple of days stay over ..all shops and bus stops near by. Close to the new bus station. Nice simple Turkish breakfast free ..lovely fresh bread, cheeses, eggs, olives plus jams ..Would recommend.

United KingdomThe bed wasn't comfortable. The bathroom window doesn't have a glass. I was afraid that it let something in the room. Bathroom smile wasn't that good. The wifi wasn't good at all. and it's hard to connect in most of the place.
The price of the hotel was affordable, and it was located near a mosque. It is only a 10-minute drive from the city center. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable.

United KingdomIt is further away from the centre but you could walk 15-20mins and unfortunately some guests smoked in the room so you can smell old smoke from time to time.
The hotel is located near the national bus station so it was easily accessible and there are supermarkets, local eateries and banks nearby. Breakfast was simple and nice and the manager/owner is very helpful, even letting me check in 4hrs early. The wifi is great and the shower had hot water. It’s just a decent place to stop as you’re heading to or from Georgia, you get what you pay for.
