The position, central, close to the Metro (Tophane), very quiet in a small street closed to traffic. We stayed there for 5 nights in a super comfortable suite, also provided of a living room. I never slept on such comfortable mattress/topper! The staff was extremely kind and collaborative in meeting all our requests. The breakfast was excellent, both in terms of quality and variety. It is served on a super relaxing rooftop with view. We could not find anything better! Tomtom suites thanks again for making our stay in Istanbul that lovely!!

Great location in the middle of vibrant neighborhoods, but the immediate surroundings are tranquil. Rooftop breakfasts are phenomenal. And the staff - all of them - are amazing.

Location was ideal with short tram ride close to main tourist sites. Beautiful area of the city with picturesque consulate buildings and quiet in the evening. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and room size was very generous. We would stay again.

Upon returning to Tomtom Suites I was upgraded from the standard suite I had booked, already a wonderful unit, to a stunning superior suite. Location is great, a hidden oasis of calm amid the busy heart of Galata. The breakfast is fabulous, and Fouad goes out of his way to make each guest feel like a VIP!

Everything was great! Very welcoming atmosphere from the first minutes. We were very pleased to receive a free room upgrade with the marvellous sea view, which was quite a big surprise for us. Lovely breakfast at the rooftop restaurant and very convenient location. Best hotel for stay in the heart of the city center: calm and beautiful, with an excellent service.

An oasis of tranquility in the center of Istanbul’s frenetic energy, this property, the location, staff, everything is just superb. Wonderful breakfast. The personnel go out of their way not only to accommodate, but to make their guests feel special.

The only downside to this hotel is the steep climb to the main street.

The complimentary breakfast was great, the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on, and the most courteous and helpful staff. It was clean and a great stay!

Outstanding hotel with beautiful rooms, fantastic location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast, high cleanliness. Excellent bed with very nice pillows. The hotel is located only 5 min walk from Istiklal shopping street and similar distance to a stram station. 10-15 min walk to Gelata tower. Many nice local stores near the hotel. Despite its very central location, the neigherbourhood is very quiet. Istanbul is a huge, lively and at times noisy city, but Tomtom Suites has an ideal location. - The rooms are stunning. Great size. - The hotel offered us a free upgrade and gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. - The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. - The breakfast offer fantastic food of high quality with excellent servive. The view is amazing. - The hotel has complementary coffee, tea and snacks every day from 16:00-18:00 hrs Highly recommend this hotel.
