Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location: first of all location is at prime location of most touristic spots . Room: facilities and the ambiance of the room is good and perfect as shown in the pictures. Breakfast: very good breakfast with live kitchen. Overall perfect hotel for quick trips in Istanbul right opposite to metro station and reception is quite helpful with detailing all our needs regarding our visit especially Eren ( Thanks Eren in helping us)

The location is amazing, right on the tram track. Easy access to all the touristy spots in Istanbul. The breakfast options were decent for vegetarians and the staff was really helpful. They went out of their way to help find parking and helped with the tram so that we don’t miss our cruise. Truly indebted! Thanks a lot for all the guidance

Breakfast was very good, but Americans be forewarned, it's not a traditional American breakfast. The worst part of our room 405 was the bath and shower. Water leaked all over the place and they had black mold. All the staff was very helpful.

The location is awesome, the tram station is just outside the hotel. We walked easily to blue mosque and grand bazar. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Breakfast was good. The also kept our luggage for the entire day which was so helpful.

NorwayThe minibar/fridge in our room did not work, and even after we complain about it, is has not been fixed or anything. The hotel response was basically "it is, what is is". Another downside for non-smokers, is that the smoking area is in front on the entry to the hotel, so just go prepared to be smelling cigarette.
The location is fantastic, by far the best thing about this hotel. We had a great experience overall, staff is very friendly and polite, the hotel transfer is also very good and on time. Breakfast has nice options for all tastes, and bedroom is smaller than it looks by the pictures, but comfortable.

United KingdomSome of the receptionists weren’t the nicest they were welcoming at first but then got quite sarcastic sometimes and blunt sometimes when we said we would pay by card to extend our room as they prefer cash but they could’ve said it nicely I did pay by cash - also if you get a family room they clean it every two days
The breakfast was good just a buffet of salad stuff and cheese and salami and bread some cereals and juice. The chef is lovely a really nice guy

United Arab EmiratesThere was 2 receptionist guys The morning Arabic guy is so handsome and very respectful.. the afternoon guy is very rude asked me to pay directly in the facility because of booking didn’t deduct the money from my account.. when i tried to explain him to check with booking or to mark online that i’ll pay directly to the facility he started to speak in rude way and some talks like you are a tourist in my country and that’s my place.. you have to listen to what I’m saying this is my country.. and many like this topics.. i preferred to leave without any reply as i have my family with me and no need to let my family see a situation like that.
