Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

the Staff is amazing, from the front desk team to the kitchen and cleaning staff. Arslan was of huge help with Pcr testing. they arranged for timely pick up for airport. the location is a plus.

It is the most prominent hotel you can find at this price in the Taksim area. It's a great location and has great hotel staff. The reception staff and housekeeping staff are very friendly people and always ready to help. I will definitely choose the Taximtown Hotel for my next trip. Honesty and integrity I forgot a gold lira coin in my room, it’s worth $500 and after I arrived home in Tel Aviv I received a message from management that they found my lost gold lira in the room. Thank you AmraAllah and Taximtown staff for your help and support during our stay and honesty you showed us. This is my second time in Taximtown hotel and I will be back
