Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe beds were uncomfortable, but to be honest all turkish beds seems to be hard for some reason.
Loved the hotel. Staff was lovely and welcoming. The garden area was a lovely area to sit in the evening to make yourself chay and have breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was amazing. We had a family room, it was nice & quiet. Just a shame we couldn't book a room for our return visit to Antalya to fly home the next day as fully booked.

ItalyThe mattress set up for the second person was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, since our room was right on the street, it got a bit noisy in the mornings.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Old Town and very close to the beach. It was extremely convenient for us to get around by walking. The staff was also extremely friendly, warm, and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious and a great value for the money.

CanadaThis is absolutely not the property’s fault as it is in an old but very well maintained building but there is very little sound proofing.
This hotel is located right in the old town close to many sights and restaurants. It is a short two minute walk to beautiful sights of the sea. The breakfast was the best I have had in my travels throughout the country.

SwitzerlandWe stayed 3 times in this hotel during our stay in Antalya region. The owner (a french lady) and her team were great and professional. We recommend this place for the kindness of the management, the great location (in the heart of Antalya old town) and for the quality and attention given to the customers. We definitely will come back !

United StatesBeach was not free, but you could stay as long as you like and within 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Sometimes water in the shower was cold, but when it's 112 degrees outside, it's very refreshing. Access to the beach was a little hard, because we had an elderly mother with us. It was hard for her to go up and down those steps. One day we took the taxi and when to another beach 30 minutes (ride) away, however it cost us twice as much to pay for the taxi to return, because of traffic and the driver having to take a different route.
We stayed for a 6-day vacation in July - hottest month of the year. The property is cozy and full of life plants. Rooms are airconditioned and have refrigerator, TV, electric teakettle and even a small safe inside the closet. Our rooms were cleaned and beds were maid daily. The owner, Madam, her daughter and the other staff were very nice and always helpful to explain where things are and would call for us to schedule taxi, or a tour. Located in an old town, we walked the streets every day. Local market is 5-10 minutes of walking distance, many cozy restaurants everywhere. Lots of steps to go down to the small beach.

IsraelThe only thing to note is that very large vehicles (e.g. minibuses) cannot drive directly to the hotel because the streets are too narrow. These vehicles will drop you off at a location less than 5min walk away and one of the staff will come to greet you. Guests arriving by regular taxis/cars/minivans will have no problem reaching the hotel's front door with their vehicle.
The rooms are situated around a central quiet courtyard which is really nice. The hotel is in the old quarter of Antalya, very close to quiet restaurants, pubs and all the historical landmarks. Its a very short walk to the central area as well. The staff is extremely friendly and will do their best do accommodate everything you ask.
