Nothing of the property but just the fact that i spend one night I personally robbed myself of so much beauty. But i will definitely be back for more faify tale stories

Pool area and pool needs attention

Perfect location and amazing views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. Quite a lot of steps to the pool and roof terrace if you have poor mobility. Pool needs attention the steps were broken and the pool needed cleaning more regularly. Pool area very small, sun loungers broken and pool area wasn't cleaned very much. Just little things that need attention but room was lovely.

The view: I cannot believe the view from the terrace. It was a dream come true seeing the sky filled at sunrise. The location: so close to everything, walking distance from restaurants, souvenirs, bars. The staff: Omid and Amir were SO helpful. They really made this stay incredible, our day trip and balloon tour was organised through them and it just made it so easy. Very reliable. Amazing staff. The room; what an experience, cave, jacuzzi bath. Amazing

We loved everything but the room would benefit from more storage facilities...we only had 3 really small drawers and 2 hangers on a rail. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, the views are to die for. Balloons everywhere at around 5am...so so beautiful. The pool area was fabulous, free towels and a bar area, couldn't fault it. The breakfast is lovely and the staff are so accommodating. Everything was clean, comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a good shower. . Lots of people enjoyed the new puppy dog and the other couple of dogs and cats that live there. The puppy was very amusing...trying to nick your shoes at the first opportunity. All in all this hotel is brilliant value for money...we stayed in a standard cave room and it was fab. Would definitely stay again. Just a note to add...if you have mobility issues (we don't) then the stairs to the breakfast and pool area could be an issue for you.

One of the members asked me for 210 euros per person to ride a balloons and the real price was 170 euros No one explained about location of high lights Also I did not like breakfast I can be improved However I had a good time Just things to improve it

We had a minor inconvenience in our toilet which was sorted promptly by the hotel.

The owner/reception were very helpful and responsive to all of our needs. The hotel was set in a beautiful part of Goreme with fantastic views especially during the sunset. I love that the properties has cats and dogs!

The shower of the room was broken. There were cats in the terrace of the breakfast and we had to be attentive for them not to steal the food (it’s seems to be normal there)

The facilities were very charming with amazing views of the city. The breakfast in the terrace was incredible with a lot of food’s variety. The room was quite big. There was an area to chill out very cozy and comfortable in the terrace. A perfect spot to enjoy the air balloons. The swimming pool was provided with a bar. Very close to all the shops and restaurants. Nearby there is a free spot to park.

The pool was out of use when I visited. The cave rooms smell a little damp and are exceptionally hot. Felt very humid inside. Maybe some aircon or a fan would be useful in there.

Great location and excellent view over the valley. The staff are helpful. Breakfast offers a good selection.

Very close to town centre. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely set up, spacious cave accommodation. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views from the top deck. Very good breakfast spread.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff who helped with everything we needed. We had a standard room and it was amazing. Love the fact it is in a cave and it is so unique. The rooftop was perfect for pictures of the hot air balloons and we had many a photoshoots there. The woman behind the bar was lovely and played great music. Overall if I was to go to Cappadocia again, I would stay there and have recommended it to everyone I know.

Rooms could use some maintenance. Shower door broken (water leaks to bathroom floor. Design of bathroom basin means it too leaks and drips to the floor. Curtains not fully functioning

The location was close to everything that you need; Shops and restaurants. Easy to pickup from for tours. Could see the balloons from anywhere in the hotel. Bath hot tub was amazing to use every night after walking all day.

The bedsheet was not changed. Our room was next to the swimming pool. The sewage in the bathroom really stunk. And not sound proofing. Can hear next door using the bathroom.

Location , peace , my spacious room

Every thing was great . Staff member were like family . The room was spacious and clean . The breakfast was one of the best they bake traditional breads and cookies , cakes , all in the premises. The variety compare to other places I stayed was much more . And the whole hotel was so clean and spotless . Thank you everyone .

Nothing really. The only problem we had was one of the bedside lights flickered and went out but this was minor

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was large and maintained a steady hot temperature. The location is perfect and we took some stunning shots of the balloons from the rooftop terrace. Highly recommend.
