Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

New ZealandAbove us was another apartment and they would come home very late and make a lot of noise coming in (even banging on our door one night), plus kids running around all night - almost like a child care was above us. Put up with it for 2 nights and then told staff and was much quieter the next night. Not venues problem but the cafe staff up and down street hassle you all the time to eat and drink there, I know times are hard but it actually puts you off and we chose to eat away in quieter area because of this
The staff were very helpful and easy to contact. Easy walk to all the historic places and food and water right outside door, though did get hassled a lot by cafe staff

24 hr reception, our flight was delayed and we got there 1am. We had room service every day and they did an immaculate job. The location is great 10 mins walking distance to the museum and Mosque. Lots of great restaurants some open 24hrs.

Hotel staff treated us like family and did everything they could to make us fell comfortable/ they even arranged excursions that were really great. Location can’t be beat - it’s near everything in old city and transportation.

Location is great, near all the European side attraction and neighborhood is super safe. Istanbul is very big and I would definitely come back here. The terrace has incredible views of the river and the blue mosque!

We recently spent 9 unforgettable days at Hotel Seraglio in Istanbul, and it was an experience that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived very late at night, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff waited for us and ensured a smooth check-in process, making us feel immediately welcomed and comfortable. Our accommodation was a magnificent 3-bedroom apartment suite, complete with a kitchen, lounge-dining room, and two spacious bathrooms. The suite was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and provided all the amenities we could possibly need. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was really useful with children. It truly felt like a home away from home. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to look after us. They offered invaluable advice on the best places to visit and the local attractions to watch out for, helping us make the most of our time in Istanbul. Their recommendations were spot-on, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel's location is another highlight. Situated near the heart of Istanbul, it was conveniently close to major landmarks such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace as well as the sea front. This made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. Despite being so central, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life. The service at Hotel Seraglio was consistently outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist us with any requests or questions. Their genuine care and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Nacip was especially helpful. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Seraglio was exceptional in every way.
