The residence is in the heart of Istiklal Street and 5 minutes walk to Taksim Square. The suite is clean and equipped with everything you need. It has a washing machine, dryer, iron, and the pool has all the supplies of body soap, shampoo, and towels. The place is safe and there is a shuttle that takes you to the fifth floor. The reception is located on the fourth floor, where you start checking in and receive the keys. A nice person takes you to your apartment and explains everything you need.

Close the all the main attractions, hotel has a gym, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Nedim, Birkan and all the staff are just superb, their service is exceptional.

Location of the hotel is amazing. Its in the famous istakal street and a few mins walk to taksim square. Very clean and maintained rooms with very friendly staff. Loved the stay here.

We took multiple rooms, so there should be more similarity in terms of features such as Smart TVs, Washing Machine / Dryer - not all rooms had those... but overall, did not really cause any inconvenience. An onsite restaurant would have been nice for break fast and snacks.

Location is great...right on Istiklal. Sound proofing of room windows and external doors was great - else it would have been an issue with the late night noise on the busy street. Staff is very well trained and good at communication for advising on things to do, getting transport and tours organized etc.

My experience with Sentire was amazing, well decent and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I forgot my family passport and suddenly remembered when i checked in 150km away from istanbul. I called them, and Nedim politely answered that my family passport is in safe, nothing to worry about. We appreciate wholeheartedly. In sha Allah when next trip planned for Turkey definitely will visit them again,

There really is nothing negative about Sentire hotels. The one thing I would mention, but will stress that this is not about the hotel, is the noise from a nearby club at night. I think that the Beyoğlu Belediyesi should enforce regulations to minimise loud music past a certain hour.

My family and I visit Istanbul frequently, and of all the places we have stayed there, Sentire Hotel was the best! The room is very spacious and comfortable, and exactly as shown and advertised on Booking. The room amenities were great. The staff are simply amazing, so welcoming and very helpful. I am recovering from a broken leg, and on our first day we asked them if they know of wheelchair rental places, just in case. The very next morning, and rather than simply provide us with the information, they actually brought a wheelchair which they kept available for me in case I needed it, at no additional cost! All the staff, without exception, were more than kind and welcoming. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable :)

It gets tricky for taxis to drop you in front of hotel due to the one-way streets, etc. But it is nothing hard to walk 100m from closest main streets. The ice cream sellers tend to be very annoying at night with their ongoing "ooooups ooupala" ! But I guess it was part of the fun.

The aparthotel, situated just off Istiklal Cadessi, was very conveniently located within walking distance to all requirements essential for tourists. Taksim metro station is very close as well as the Tunnel "Nostaljik" tramway stations. Taksim masjid as well as Huseyn Aga masjid was very close by. The hotel interior and hygiene was very pleasant. We appreciated the dedication of all staffs namely Niyazi, Nadeem, Gurkan and Husein who went extra miles according to our circumstances and needs. The room service ladies were also nice and pleasant persons. The amenities such as the washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, etc. were a big win for us. You also get to catch up with shopping till 1am from istaklal after a day exploring other parts of Istanbul!

Could get a bit loud until late hours of the night! But that’s expected from a city center location.

We had an exceptional stay at Sentire Hotel and Residence in Istanbul. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center at Taksim Square, just steps away from Istiklal Street. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were immaculate and stylishly decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. A special shoutout to Hussein for his outstanding assistance with our airport transport and his excellent communication throughout our stay. His dedication truly made a difference. The entire concierge and reception team were equally amazing, always ready to help with a friendly smile. We highly recommend Sentire Hotel and Residence for anyone visiting Istanbul. It was a delightful experience, and we look forward to returning! ---

Several aspects could be improved. On check in, I had to ask for cooking utensils (there were lots of dishes & cutlery) and received one pot and one frying pan. The kitchen lacked utensils, such as a can opener, paring knife and spatula. Further, there was no coffee maker, tea towel, detergent and basics such as salt and cooking oil. While the listing on Booking.com indicates there is a toaster, I had to make a special request for one (staff made one available). Overall lighting is poor, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. There was no proper dining area or work area - just a low chair and accent table, too low to eat or use the computer comfortably. Few electrical outlets. While the shower was very nice, the floor was very slippery and no grab bar - a definite fall hazard. Operation of the TV was very complicated and I could find little of interest despite the numerous channels. Overall, while the hotel certainly provided an acceptable level of accommodation and comfort with the above-noted deficiencies and the location is superb, I felt it did not meet the 4* standard.

Staff at the property were friendly and very helpful. They made every effort to resolve concerns that arose. The property was very clean and the facilities were modern and worked well (AC, cook top, micro, lovely shower). Location was excellent, a few steps off Istiklal. Rooms with windows facing the street would have a great view but probably would have loud bar music late in to the night. Daily maid service kept things tidy.

If you stay in the centre of the city you have to be prepared for some noise from the 'hip and happening' nightlife outside - by the way, this was reduced to the minimum as possible and staff was very helpful in finding the best available room-options.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location excellent, you can walk to the old city and Taksim-square with metro is close by. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Every day a bottle of fresh water, simple but makes you happy. With the friendly 'tips and tricks' from the staff your stay is complete.

I stayed at this hotel even after visiting other cities in Turkey as well. The Hotel staff was very cooperating that they also kept my luggage with them as well and when I came back my luggage was kept in my room before me and my room was also reserved for me. I already reserved that same room for a few more days when I came back to Istanbul from Cappodocia and Antalya. My total stay was about 5 - 6 days in this hotel.
