Good location in Goreme near shops and restaurants. We have a private entrance to our room which is lovely and big. Good spread of breakfast. The staff are kind and very considerate especially Ilayda who assisted us during our stay and even brought us some fruits and Arif who assisted us on our last day.

We arrived to the hotel on a Tuesday and in the evening there was a wedding held right next to our rooms. The music was very loud, but I asked the staff about when do they usually end the events and at 11 pm it was finished, so all good.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I recommend asking about Ilayda, I have never seen someone so devoted and committed to make your stay perfect, from the accommodation to dinner reservations and activities/places to visit! The rooms were clean and spacious and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

It's up a big hill so be prepared

Everything was great

It was our pleasure to stay in this beautiful hotel. Warm welcome received from the moment of the booking. The staff was very kind and attentive. They arranged tours for us, including hot air balloon, which was an unforgettable experience. Breakfasts were very tasty and diverse. Amazing views from the hotel terrace, in the morning you can see dozens of hot air balloons above Goreme city. The swimming pool area is so relaxing. Overall atmosphere was great with the guests from all over the world. Would love to come back again some say.

On the edge of town and away from the early transfer shuttles, so an easy walk into the village without having early morning disturbances. The staff were very helpful in doing all transfer booking, balloon ride bookings for me.

Location, ambience, service by the staff. Even before I reached, they were in touch with me and checking on my needs and making all arrangements. Special call out to Illayda for her support and all staff. Not to forget the 4 legged cute security guard Latte who gave me company at night.

This lovely hotel is at the top of a hill so you have great views and it's very quiet. In fact, we hardly heard any of the other guests. The location is good. I saw reviews that it was at the top of a steep hill which is an exaggeration. You can easily walk into the centre and have a wander and a nice meal and walk back without any trouble at all. The staff are very kind and organised a private tour for us as well as some sandwiches using vegetables from their garden at the back. The rooms are very large and comfortable with powerful A/C which is something you need in August. We also had a little balcony overlooking the pool area and from which you have views of a few balloons in the morning. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of it. Not being Turkish, we didn’t know what all the dishes were, so it would have been helpful if they had been labelled, but it didn’t stop us from trying anything. I would recommend this hotel for a lovely calm, stay. The bar and the chill-out area on the top are nice place places to relax in the evening.

We had a lovely stay at secret hill. The staff was amazing and really reactive. The hotel is really pretty ( even prettier than the pictures) and have an excellent emplacement. There’s a lot of restaurants and groceries store next to it. The breakfast was good ( mainly turkish with continental options).

The hotel is close to everything however there is a steep hill to get to the hotel. Older people may struggle with the climb.

We thought the only minor thing was at breakfast there wasn't someone around to oversee clearing of tables and restocking of food and drinks. The first day was fine then the next 2 days, us and others had to ask for hot food and clear tables ourselves to sit down. We also had replenish some things ourselves. Considering everything else was so polished,we felt this needed a little more consideration. This probably was a brief oversight and would not stop us from staying here again?

Beautiful hotel in perfect location! Anna was really helpful giving us personal recommendations for places to see instead of going on day trips. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Breakfast was Great and the terrace was an amazing place to watch the balloons early in the morning. The pool area was a good place to relax after a long day exploring the many wonders of Capadoccia.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Secret Hill Cave Suites. The cleaning service was impeccable—everything was spotless and perfectly maintained throughout my stay. I want to give a special mention to Cemilla, who worked wonders in the kitchen. Her attention to detail and culinary skills were extraordinary. Every meal was a delight, and she truly made my stay special. I also want to highlight Anna at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any request. Her warm and professional demeanor made the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service and care provided by the entire team. I can't wait to return!
