The room was basic and smelt of cigarettes however from reading other reviews we were expecting this. It was fine for a budget hotel.

The property is right in the centre of Trabzon and they provide tours to Sumela Monastery for a super good price!

The room was small and bathroom was small, however fairly good for 1 person to stay There was a smell like cigarette smoking in the room always. But I did not complain as I was staying alone and only for 4 nights. I think it will be annoying if family stays( my room was 401) The covering of the bed was not totally clean as I saw stains in it. However it was acceptable to sleep on. Overall it is good stay for paid money

The breakfast definitely is simple like others have commented, and for a vegan like myself there was very little for me to eat. But for the price, I wasn’t expecting a 5 star meal.

This place is perfect if you’re just looking for a decent, cheap place to sleep while exploring the sights in Trabzon. It was a bed and a shower and the AC worked perfectly so the room was very cool and comfortable. The location is perfect - just an 8 minute or so drive from the airport and a block from the center of town.

The bathroom had a permanent odour coming from the drain pipes, which made the room smell bad if the bathroom door wasn’t kept shut.

The location was perfect: near the city, public transportation and shops. The price was reasonable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A clean and good room. A spacious place. Turkish breakfast was decent with fresh vegetables and delicious bread. The hotel also provided a parking spot, and we had no problem staying with our dog. The concierge was very helpful throughout the stay and also helped with parking our car. The location is also very good: a lot of stores and locak bakeries are around.

Good hotel good location only one of them staff ,he is so bad ,i asked about something , he ignored me quation, and when we woke up at 6 am he was sleep and he closed hotel door , we woke up him and he was angry,and said you reserved only for one night but actually we booked for two nights, i showed booking email after that he said okay he maybe 37 years old , when you will go to there you will find him so easily, but about other , they are so profitional and perfect and they are so respectly , totally good place to remain compare with price ,

The bathroom was a bit dirty with quite old appliances. Very basic breakfast.
