Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

KuwaitHonestly nothing it was all great!
I upgraded my room to a Sea View upon arrival so my review is based on that, The staff were amazing, The buffet was great, a great location with a couple of malls 7 mins drive. The beast is a 6-8 min walk which wasn't a problem for me but sometimes the beach elevator would be out of service which means 4 floors of stairs.

United KingdomThe free wifi in the hotel was only satisfactory. In some places throughout the hotel is was good, however, other locations (including my room!) was not good at all, however, it seems to fluctuate. The spa facilities are plentiful, however, VERY expensive. (130 euros for 50 mins massage.)
Stayed here for my honeymoon, and staff did not disappoint. Upgraded our room with nice honeymoon decoration and fruits and sweets at no extra cost. Also, provided us with free room service breakfast for one morning. The level of attention and care from the staff is very good. Most staff went above and beyond to provide a comfortable environment where we felt looked after and welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of nice outdoor facilities including tennis courts and basketball courts. The food in the restaurant was very good every evening. I was never left disappointed by the selection of food on any given evening and the different daily themes are a nice touch. Most members of staff are extremely friendly. The hotel gym is one of most well equipped hotel gyms I have ever witnessed! Lots of equipment and dumbbells up to 40kg. Land of legends access is a big bonus and we made the most of that. great fun. Disliked · The free wifi in the hotel was only satisfactory. AustraliaWasn’t explained that wine isn’t included as part of free a la carte experience. Also wine couldn’t be booked to room - had to pay on the spot. Not a problem had we known in advance. Rooms are a little tired.
Friendly, efficient staff (tipping goes a long way), beautiful outdoor areas and facilities, excellent food, all inclusive, comfortable room/bed. Walk to old town or along waterfront.

Amazing family friendly resort in Antalya, amazing inclusive food and very friendly staff! Lovely kids club and facility to get bikes to roam around the city! Inclusive starbucks and beach snacks as well! We had booked the sea view room and it was awesome. The staff especially Mikhail and Niloofar were really great and attentive to all our needs. The resort also has Land of legends buses from the resort and almost all rides are included.

United KingdomThe bathroom/shower in the rooms needs improving. The water supply to the shower is too weak and therefore I was unable to wash my hair. Not too much of a problem because I did not swim and did not stay too long at Rixos, however in peak summer season when I would want to wash my hair every day this would be a massive issue. Also the thermostat for the shower does not work properly and even if on one setting it keeps going too hot or too cold. You will need to get the plumbers in and boost the water pressure and fix the temperature.
The hotel has perfect location, beautiful rooms, amazingly welcoming, helpful, friendly and hard working staff. Beautiful facilities. I really enjoyed the beach and the food and drinks at the beach, only to find out at the end the food was even better by the pool.

United KingdomThere is a evening shuttle to land of legends that departs the hotel at 7:15pm. The dinner service doesn't start until 6:45pm which leaves a very rushed 30 minutes for dinner. There were other guests who felt the same and have complained to the desk about the timing of this. Furthermore, the coach departs land of the legends at 10:15pm but the 10pm show was running late and started at 10:06pm leaving only a few minutes to watch which we could not finish as we had to rush down to the coach but the driver was willing to wait until the show ended which meant going back up the escalators to finish watching which wasn't a great overall experience. The management should rethink about the timings as it left barely anytime to enjoy a dinner and show. People should also be warned that the coach likely can't make the 8pm show and the next one after this would be 10pm, leaving too much time to stroll around the shopping avenue, especially if you are not there for that purpose. The food at the hotel was sometimes a bit bland The shower gel was not replenished at all during our stay (it was almost empty on the 1st night) and the conditioner bottle was on the shower floor already as we arrived and there wasn't effort to fix it back up on the wall
Facilities are great and the staff are lovely. Overall a comfortable stay.

United KingdomThe location and views from our room was amazing. We went at end of March which in my opinion meant we had perfect weather. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. As we stayed for a whole week we were added to a special whatsapp group that catered to all queries we had. We also got a free night’s dinner at their a la carte restaurant. It was an all inclusive stay with only a few added extras (e.g massages) which was great value for money. There was also unlimited access to land of legends (water theme park) with free shuttles to and from the location.

United KingdomRooms need a little updating. When it's busy it's only the guests that are an actual issue with noise and crowds in public areas. A little more transparency about what was open at the theme park would have been appreciated before the long journey out there. Waterpark and main rollercoasters were closed so it felt like too much time to spend at Land of Legends. A shuttle to the old town would be a great option too.
Staff were outstanding from start to finish. I recommend tipping the servers & cleaners and you get very well looked after. The facilities were great, particularly enjoyed the spa, heated pools and bikes available to cycle along the promenade.
