Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. FinlandRoom needs to be updated asap, not really a 5-star level. Bed duvet was smaller than the sheet and you could feel the pieces inside. TV was really old, no wifi, Youtube, Netflix etc.. I think its a basic thing to have a smart tv nowadays. Also WIFI super slow
Beautiful hotel and lovely staff, special thanks for Züleyha for taking good care of us and making sure everything was alright! Very comfortable bed and lovely view from the balcony. Loved the heated pool and all inclusive Starbucks! Food was also pretty nice, breakfast could have been better.

United KingdomThe staff were not well informed and many didn’t understand basic English. This was particularly surprising at the guest relations desk.
The hotel had a lovely lobby with cool elevators. The rooms are nice although a bit dated now but the balcony views in the sea view rooms is unreal. The all inclusive food is in the main restaurant and it’s a buffet that’s themed and changes daily. There are also beach bars where food and drinks are served and covered in the all inclusive.

United KingdomThe food options are not as much as other resorts ( we have stayed in ) have offered. Also, a lady who works in hamam told us twice to leave the hamam as some people have hired it. Me&my husband left the Hamam quietly, next day same lady did this and i got upset and refused to leave and told her I am guest as well. Then I spoke to Zuleyha if there’re specific time for Hamam hiring when someone is getting scrubbing/bath etc which she has refused and said Hamam is opened to everyone all the time. This was disturbing as a guest and some staff don’t know English.
The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, staff is amazing specially Niloofar, Zuleyha and Kaan are the highlight of the Hotel, they were very helpful and always offered if they can do something for us. Amazing people. Staff in hotel serving breakfast/lunch/dinner are amazing, very smiley and friendly. LAND IF LEGEND A bus takes you to Land of Legends twice from hotel for day trip or night shows which is amazing.

17-24.09. Room 561&563 First of all, the KINDNESS of the staff and the warmth with which they greet you throughout your stay. The stay was fabulous, thank you Niloofar for everything 🫶🤗 (she gave us two connected rooms) 🥳 The hotel has an excellent position to the main attractions, public transport, taxis right on the premises of the hotel, transport and access to the land of legends included, or you can rent bikes from the hotel for free. Cleaning in the rooms done daily, mini bar stocked daily, iron and table on request (free), safe easy to use, the view from the room is a dream (too bad I can't upload more pictures here) The food is delicious, varied, in the evening the cuisines differ (international, Mediterranean, Indian, etc.), the variety of drinks with / without alcohol, juices, cocktails, coffee (they even have oat milk, almond, coconut, all ALPRO) for a minimum of 4 nights of accommodation receive a free entrance to the a la carte restaurant (a wonderful experience, really worth trying). Large pools, clean towels, you can change them when you want, snacks between meals, Starbucks coffee at the bar. Large, clean private beach, tear-clean water, you can get beach towels there, bar, beach snacks (pizza, grilled chicken with potatoes, salads, dessert) same friendly staff.

GermanyThe WiFi was not great and one day it was down. The kids club music was very loud. There is a short time window of the day with limited or no food options 17h-18:45, which was not great if you arrive during this time slot like we did.
The Hotel was amazing. We had a magnificent room and the sea and mountatin view was breathtaking. The staff were very helpful and the food options were fantastic with a very rich variety. The a la carte resraurant was simply delicious too. The beach front was very accessible. The location of the hotel in the middle of Antalya makes it a very easy access to the city center as well for a short afternoon visit.

The resort is complete, everything you need is there, the staff are so helpful, they gave us a free upgrade once we arrived, and the guest assistant Ms. Niloofar, she made my stay so comfortable. She made sure everything we need is there and she would help us even in Antalya in general. Everything is inclusive so you don’t have to worry about food and drinks. If I would come again, I would definitely choose this hotel again. Plus, shuttle to land of legends is provided so no need to worry about transportation to get there

The food was amazing! The staff was very professional and friendly. Every morning we received the programmes and it was very helpful for us. Especially Niloofar, Zuleyha and Margarita. They spoiled us a lot. In the reception Yunus was very kind and assisted all our needs.

United KingdomThe room we had although nice could’ve done with a new fresh coat of paint and the carpet although ok could have done with a deep clean, room not as bright and fresh looking as the photos we saw and expected. There was a good selection of food but the quality wasn't as good as other 5 Star hotels I’ve stayed at in Turkey and was the biggest let down for me, very repetitive and nothing served any of the 7 days we were there made us think wow that’s nice I’ll have some more, which was a shame, as we’d definitely be back if the food was improved to meet all tastes but not sure we will as all 3 of us ended up eating fruit, omelette, chicken & chips, cheese and bread, we did try the fish and other dishes but they lacked quality and taste compared to other hotels were we have embraced the Turkish food which we love normally,
We were greeted very late at night early morning with a big friendly smile from reception and shown to our room. We loved the layout of the hotel all nice and compacted with good facilities and excellent staff who are attentive but not overpowering. Going to the private beach is reached by lift outside hotel and the beach facilities are everything you need serving food and drink if all inclusive at the beach bar. The sea is crystal clear and the perfect temperature. Overall we had a good stay, one issue we did have was dealt with immediately with compassion and with the personal touch by Niloofar who was excellent, she also keeps you updated through WhatsApp if you accept on everything available throughout the hotel along with times etc and is always on hand should you have any queries, excellent service.
