As mentioned to Ruthe, we thought that all the sunbed pairs in the garden area should have had umbrella's. Especially with the temperature hitting 40 degrees. Wardrobe could not hold longer dresses without creasing at the bottom.

Food was very good. Loads of choice, kept fresh and well stocked. We were well looked after by Yusuf and Ibrahim in the restaurant. Ability to book day beds on pier was a bonus. We loved the views and more peaceful surroundings of these beds. Mustafa's service was excellent. We also loved the more peaceful beach bar for the late evening drink. Nisa on the front desk, along with Lesley and Ruthe's assistance was great in sorting out check out extension and a new taxi to the airport, after BA cancelled our planned flight home.

Good location, somehow isolated from the city noise but still walking distance from the city center and shopping are. Facilities were just perfect, nice people, good food.

Small thing - We had smokers in the room beside us whose smoke travelled into our vents and throughout our room on two occasions. When we complained, it seemed action was taken though and we only smelled it in the hallway from then on thankfully.

The staff were absolutely amazing, as was the food choice. I particularly loved the dessert selection every night aswell as during the tea and coffee hour. The food in the restaurant on the 5th floor was fabulous too with amazing views. The rooms were super comfortable and kept very clean and tidy, we had a lovely view of sea and pool. The hotel is in a great location to walk into town with a lovely view the entire way. It was our first time in Turkey and we really enjoyed it!

Corridors to rooms needed a bit more lighting.

There was excellent quality and variety of food at all meals and throughout the day.. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere was very clean. Rooms a decent size and beds comfortable. Beautiful views from the beach. Well maintained mature gardens. The location was good for a pleasant walk to Marmaris. 40 mins. Or plenty of public transport/taxis available.

The rooms and grounds are kept exceptionally CLEAN!! Our cleaner Durande (or Dundande cant remember) cleaned our room so well that my OCD wife, for the first time ever, actually felt comfortbale in a hotel room. Food was actually amazing everyday and the entertainment in the evening was actually really really good

The entertainment was a great. But I think they should have entertainment with their own Turkish culture too.

It was really nice. Staff were good and food was amazing. Especially the face that they catered gluten free. As I have celiac disease and have so much problem eating out. Thank you so much for being considerate as many places are not when it comes to dietary requirements.

All the staff were exceptional, feeling of the warm welcome from the waiters Mehmet, Ahmet, Bayram, Mohamed felt like we were at home. The inclusive food and beverages were 10/10, many varieties and the presentation was amazing. Location was perfect, rooms were clean and all necessities were supplied for any stay. Beds were very comfortable and daily housekeeping was very good. Lots of entertainment in the evenings and many activities around the hotel. Will definitely visit again :)

We paid £60 extra for the Azure daybed on a jetty, this comes with fruit, snacks and drinks. The problem is this jetty is open and there’s a constant stream of random people coming on, wandering around, taking photos, using the other daybeds etc so there’s absolutely no security for your valuables if you’re taking a swim. The jet ski company next door came on to film a video and then an exercise class with instructor turned up, I don’t think they were even connected to the hotel. The jetty needs signs saying private area and a secured gate so you’re not having to constantly watch your bags.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, with 35 visits to Marmaris for me this is the best BUT it doesn’t suit everyone. Great location, it’s lovely inside and out, rooms are very good and the food is the best AI I’ve found, for me this is the best hotel but it’s not for everyone If you have children go elsewhere, there’s nothing for here for kids, no slides, kids club etc and they’ll get bored. Go to GRN Diamond or similar, this hotel would be better suited to being adults only. PLEASE NOTE: this is a quieter ‘more mature’ hotel, if you and your family are really loud, if you like to get hammered on the AI drinks, you’re a stag party, if like to clubbing and fun pubs, etc etc this hotel absolutely is not for you. If you start being rowdy, swearing etc you will get a warning by the hotel management and risk being removed.
