AC wasn't working properly, as well as WiFi. The shower and ventilation were leaking, very small room. Not friendly personel. Very simple breakfast with instant coffee and no choice in food. Not the most comfortable beds.

Location close to the marina and 24h shops. We were allowed to bring our bikes in the room. Clean enough.

The breakfast wasn't great, it was just a bit of cheese, chips and olives. Part of the room and bathroom are a bit run down.

The charge us 28 euro more, because we wanted to pay with card. they said that they can't charge EUR when you pay with card and they said that all the hotels concluded to charge Turkish lira 31 instead of 29.4 that was normally the euro. So we concluded to pay 28 Euro more. It was the first time that it happens that to us in turkey and in this hotel. We stayed again and we didn't have this problem. Also, The room was small, for one person mostly. Towels, shampoo etc were for one person in the room. Shampoo were used and from other hotels. Friends that stayed to the other room faced the same problems.

Location, polite staff, clean room but small one. We asked to change with bigger one and they were willing to find us a bigger one! The staff in breakfast place were very communicative and pleasant!

The Parking was supposed to be free and available from the hotel, but it's not since I sent a message before and they said yes it's available and for free.. but was in the street in a private place where the parking man put bills and when you go come to ask to pay. this is the only thing I didn't like in this place. except that everything was perfect.

I think is the best hotel in Fethiye, the placement was good, and near everything. you can have a walk just around to enjoy this small city. thank you for this amazing stay. the staff was very helpful.

unfriendly staff except Amine and Murat who were both friendly and helpful, the other two guys had no idea of how to treat a customer/guest. They looked like they have forgotten how to smile.Oh, this goes for the cleaning lady as well.

The room was good but there could be some improvements to make it completely comfortable. For example the cupboard does not close fully because of the mini fridge. The way bathroom is designed the whole bathroom gets flooded when taking shower. These small things have been ignored. The hotel has amazing potential to please its guests.

Staff is exceptional. We were absolutely please with way staff took care of us.

Great Location, in the Old Town Fethiye, close to everything. Polite and helpful staff, very welcoming. The room was big enough with a big window.

The air conditioner is not working properly, the room is always hot which makes you not comfortable. They tried to fix it but still not done, they should check everything in the room before the guest comes. There is a bad smell in the bathroom and water leakage from the shower to the room

The breakfast wan't that good (not much choice at all), but that might have been caused by the fact that there were not too many guests at the time. The rest was alright.

I loved the location, probably the best one in Fethiye. The hotel was alright and the room was comfortable. The WiFi was really good and perfectly sufficient for video calls.

We were initially given a very small double but after having spoken to reception. They moved us to a glorious corner room. Very impressed with the speed they done this.

The Team of Reis Royal Hotel was just amazing. Their energy, smiles, friendly behavior and positive attitude was the first reason why we loved this little hotel. Emine, Yasin, Erdi, Mustafa, Husseyn and Murat were our Guardian angels and made us feel at home far from home. They helped us book our activities at the best rates possible and kindly organized our airport transfer. They also were very helpful in giving us advice on things to do and places to visit during our stay. The hotel is very well located in the center of the old town of Fethiye at a small walking distance across the marina near all the shops, cafés and restaurants. Its rooftop has a very nice view over the marina. It is clean, comfortable and easily reachable. The cleaning staff is very helpful and doesn't hesitate to help if needed. The breakfast wa served on table but could be a bit improved. There are two taxi stations near the hotel. We had a plan visiting other region in Turkey, but we ended up staying in Fethiye, mainly for the excellent experience we have had at Reis. We would definitely stay again in this hotel and we highly recommand it to travelers to Fethiye.
