we booked a sea-view room, in the description stated 20m2. In reality it has hardly 12m2, if you are with a kid, literally no place at all. After several days we approached the reception regarding this issue, and learned that absolutely all rooms in a sea-view building such small! Why it was almost 2 times smaller than described no one could give an answer. We were offered to change a room for a standard one (or to be precise ‚sea *side* view‘), in a different building. We changed, new room was really 20m2 as described (room - bigger, WC - bigger, balcony - bigger etc). Fazit: paid extra for sea view, finally landed in a standard one.

rose and white wine not being served cold as it should be was very sad news for me as I like wine the most and can’t drink beer. The only place they had it in fridge (sometimes), was at the lobby bar, but most of the time there were no staff there so we ended up not being able to order cold wine.

The location is great, beautiful view! Staff were also friendly :) Seemed like a great place to go with kids (we don’t have any though)

(-) Noise insulation would be a great improvement during the next renovation (noisy door closing and hearing loud sounds from the corridor might be disturbing), same for windows & balcony doors for the outdoor evening show music, which lasts usually till 11pm (latest midnight) (-) Only one elevator in each building, which is mostly occupied and slow (walking is great though to exercise & digest ;) (-) Terrace bar personnel could be trained to check for the freshness of some drinks, have more ice on stock, and respect people waiting in line rather than serving the „smart ones“ offline (-) Very limited TV channels choice (but maybe you won’t even need to hear the news ;) (*) And again - clean hotel area is not only on the service side, but on the guests, whose home is hotel on those vacation days (respect and keep your home clean)

(+) Well maintained facilities & amenities despite the seasoned buildings (perhaps an earlier morning territory cleaning would be better, especially the beach area) (+) Very friendly and supportive hotel staff (special thanks to Emir-bey at the reception for his assistance in getting our lost luggage back!) (+) Great variety & freshness of food & local drinks, fruits were always fresh and delicious, ice cream served on some days, table & used plates immediately cleaned up (special thanks to Zeki-bey and Mahmut-bey at the restaurant for the management & service!) (+) Hotel beach just under the terrace with enough sun beds and umbrellas, requires early cleaning as the guests & outsiders tend to leave garbage after themselves the day before (it is tidy not where they always clean up, but where people don’t leave trash). Try the harbor on the right side (opposite Queen Hotel), where water is less sandy, cleaner & fresher. Neighboring Queen hotel doesn’t care much about tidiness of the beach area - downside for the shoreline. (+) Strongly recommended to take massage course at the local Spa & Hamam Center (special thanks & regards to Ibrahim-bey, Çetin-bey & Aytaç-bey in there!) (+) WiFi all over the hotel area and speedy enough for reading, calling & messaging

There was issue with the electricity also umbrella was not enought for everyone (if you a morning person you woudn't have problem). Keep in mind that in these places music is loud untill 11:00pm.

What I didn't like the most was that almost everywhere you can smoke is by the sea by the pool. There should be ice at the bar. Cleaning the rooms, changing towels and bed linen. Big black smoke was coming from the hotel next door 2 days, but the staff ignored it.

We were at the hotel for 10 days. From July 11 to 21. The hotel needs repairs, but we didn't expect much from a 4-star hotel. The food is good, you will always find something to eat. The staff is helpful, speaks a minimum of English, Russian. Sunbeds by the pool and the sea must be taken before 8:00 a.m., otherwise you may not find a place to lie down. The pool is small. The sandy sea is quickly deepening. The evening programs were not interesting. Wifi works perfectly throughout the hotel area and by the sea. The snack bar is good for eating, drinks are all served without ice unless you ask, but they just didn't have it. High recommendations for Hamam. The premises are old, but the staff does a great job. The location of the hotel is very good near the market and restaurants.

The location was perfectt, beach was in front of the hotel and the staff was friendly and positiv. The variety of the food, deserts, fruits and drinks are amazing, every day is different dishes and the food was delicious . The hotel is the best for the value of the money you can get. We really loved our stay. The hotel is located in the very heart of Avsallar. City is just a few minutes walk from the hotel if you want to buy some souvenirs .

There is only one elevator in the hotel and it is way too small. The room service always forgot one thing or the other, sometimes we had no clean towels, sometimes no shampoos etc. I also wasn't thrilled with the fact that as a family, we booked two rooms and informed them way ahead about placing the rooms close or next to each other, which they confirmed. Still we got and got rooms that were far away from each other. The main restaurant should be more climatized because it was always too warm

Very friendly staff and the offers in the kitchen were delicious and numerous. The hotel is directly linked to the beach so you don't have to cross main roads or drive to get there. The hotel facilities were clean and you always have food offers even in between meals. So if you missed a meal it's not a problem.

Air conditioner was very noisy and old. No maintenance. We had to shut it down at night in order to sleap. TV had only 15 - 20 boring chanels. The bottom of the sea had a lot of rocks. The Elevator is small and only one, which is very unconviniont, and it is used by staff also. It is 4 stars hotel but it should be 3 stars. The food some time was OK, some time not so good, but it never ends. I expected the bread to be more delicious. The fish had a lot of bones. The mussels was not good and I wasnt happy with the sea & fish food. The quality of the food is also 2 - 3 stars but not 4 stars. Be careful with the economical rooms. They could be located in the first old building and you will be supprised, because no renovation was made.

There was no AC in the lobby area, only 1 tiny lift to service all floors. The equipment for table tennis and pool was old and knackered.

I liked the great choice of food, the staff was brilliant. The location was brilliant it was 1 minute away from the sea. Big shout out to the manger ozai he was very helpful in every way.

The entrance to the sea was quite stony, so I would recommend bringing some sea shoes if you plan on swimming in the sea. Additionally, the pool slide could have been working more consistently - sometimes it would stop unexpectedly. Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend Ramira to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

The location was perfect for our needs and the staff was incredibly friendly. In particular, Mr. Ahmet went above and beyond to make sure that our little daughter Aslı was comfortable and happy during our stay. The nightly activities for children were also a great touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and there was always a great selection of fish, red meat, and chicken at every meal. I especially enjoyed the salmon, which they served nearly every day. I would highly recommend Ramira to anyone looking for a great place to stay in that area.
