Great location only a little bit difficult to find by car. The stuff was were kindly they helped me with the parking my car. The breakfast was very good.

The only thing I would do differently, I would choose a different room. I stayed in budget single room with inner courtyard view, but window opened onto the corridor. Otherwise everything good, good value for money.

Nicely located hotel, close to metro and just a few minutes walk to clock tower and Kemeralti Bazaar. Room was clean, stuff very friendly and always ready to help. Very good value for money.

It is an older hotel. Honestly for less than 100 euros a night it is a good value.

This is a good value budget hotel with a surprisingly good breakfast. The rooms are clean and there is good air conditioning. You can tell that smoking was allowed in the rooms at one time as there is the smell of air fresheners but it is fine. The only weird thing was the sheets. You don’t get normal sheets but a thin blanket. It had obviously been newly washed so cleanliness wasn’t a concern just a bit odd.

Relatively clean. Really outdated furniture . Dark rooms. Windows with no soundproof. Once you stepped outside the room it was a heavy smell of mold and humidity. The bathrooms weren't ventilating. It really needs renovation. Too expensive for the facilities they offer

There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room that was mildly unpleasant, but after a little while I didn’t notice it so much anymore

One of the outside seating areas had the strong smell of sewage. This may not have been the fault of the hotel. (One side of the seating area had no bad odor). The one complaint I did have was management's resistance to turning on the air conditioning. It's was 80F + but the management held back with the explanation that cooler weather was expected. I took this up with the on-site manager and later that afternoon when I returned, the a/c was on and a big improvement -- but it shouldn't have been necessary for me to complain in the first place. The interior of the hotel main floor is a bit dated. However, the guest rooms are completely modernized and I was very comfortable. Nice big shower!

The breakfast was just fine. I have stayed at other hotels with some more choices -- but this was still just fine. The location is very good. Close to the Kultur Park, the bazaar, lots of shops, currency exchange, restaurants, bus depot, the waterfront.

The property is spotless. The first thing we noticed is how clean the entrance, lobby, breakfast area and rooms are. The staff are very courteous - the management should be proud of having such talented team including cleaning staff, reception, porter and everyone. The bed was really comfortable and made our stay extra special. Water pressure is perfect. Breakfast was really good, plentiful and fresh.

Toilet seat was vibrating and probably broken. The bed (mattress) was extremely old, sagging in the middle and VERY uncomfortable (room 308). The room was much smaller than the impression given in picture. The picture was taken with wide angle lens which gives very different perspective than reality. To use the in room safe I was asked to deposit money. This is very strange and not a normal practice.
