Great location and nice staff. The room insulation is not great and we could hear water running in the adjacent room. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was not great.

The bed was really big with small sheet which didn't stay on, sounds petty I know but having to constantly fix bedding was annoying, bed was really comfy though, also the bedside light flickered quite a bit

I wouldn't recommend to buy the day trip they propose as they are not well-organised and are very time-consuming. They make stops to pick up all the people in town so if you are okay with driving, just rent a car in Izmir and go places by yourself so you don't waste the whole day. The hotel has a gym which is very big but they don't have a treadmill, that's a pity as the gym space is huge.

The property is very well located. Breakfast is EXCEPTIONAL with a great variety of food. The only thing is that my friend is lactose intolerant and we asked to provide vegetable milk in the days before getting at the hotel but the request was not met because they forgot to buy lactose-free products even if we asked for that many times. Rooms are comfortable but make sure to ask for a non-smoking room if you are not a smoker. Staff is very nice and informative.

The design is a bit outdated. But the friendly personnel really made a difference. Would recommend for a visit to Izmir as it is really good value for money!

The room is much smaller than shown in the pictures - seems to be a common complaint in reviews of Turkey hotels! The lighting in the room was very poor. Facilities in the bathroom were also basic.

Good location - very close to the Basmane station and a 15-20 mins walk to Konak Iskele. There’s also a tram stop around 7-8 mins walking distance from the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything was good but the room light was so dark and the air conditioning wasn't cooler as i expected to be!

The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was immaculately clean. The location suited me well. The room had all the necessary amenities…. Air con, fridge, tv. Walking distance to transport links and local attractions.

As my flight came late they even let me check in after midnight! Comfortable bed! Breakfast was so much different things and amazing!

Air-conditioning was terrible, we complained but they said its central Air-conditioning and it's same everywhere. Outside weather was nice than inside hotel.

Room 101, it’s a split room with aircon only in the first part of the room. After we transferred to 606 it was night and day.

The guy who did the Night Shift was great.. organized trips for us and was really helpful. After the first night dying from the heat they changed out room and transformed our stay

Good location, in the city centre, easy access to all the stations or attractions. Kind staff, usually willing to help you, beautiful decoration and kinds of choices of breakfast. Especially there are many restaurants near the hotel, I'm very satisfied with the hotel and surely come back next time.

1. Bathroom fan, windowless bathroom. 2. No refrigerator in the room, but a drinks cooler. However the staff was helpful and offered to store fruit in the downstairs refrigerator.

We were very satisfied with this hotel: 1. The location is very accessible for those coming/leaving by car. 2. It is very close to Kemeralti Bazaar, Konak Maidani and Izmir Clock Tower (Izmir Saat Kulesi). 3. For us the biggest advantage was the secure parking on the hotel floor. Car access by elevator. 4. The Turkish breakfast is varied, accessible even for vegetarians: tomatoes, cheeses, assortments of olives, eggs, omelet, hot dogs, cereals, different kinds of jam, cookies, simit, bread, tea, juice. 5. Very helpful, friendly and hospitable staff. 6. The artistic decorations, the aquarium with fish fish and parakeets were very enjoyable. 7. Daily cleaning. 8. Quick access to bus, subway, Konak feriboat station. Highly recommend. If we pass through Izmir again, we will return here. ❤️
