Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazing location, 5 min walk through nice park and you are in heart of Antalya. Very nice host and staff. Good Air-conditioning clean rooms. Breakfast was OK but presentation makes it perfect. We asked them before and they kept good parking for us.

The owners are lovely and very helpful people. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. They clean the rooms every day, and wifi is amazing. Even the shower( water pressure) was perfect. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Antalya.

The location of the hotel is its great advantage. It is located next to the Kaleiçi and Karaalioglu Park, but in a quiet side street. Moreover, there is the Adalar beach club near the hotel. Thanks to the location of the hotel, I noticed it in my previous staying in Antalya. The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff - reception, cleaning service. The buffet breakfast, included with my stay, was excellent. The room was basic but had everything you needed. I stayed for one night, but I think the hotel is suitable for a long stay at any time of the year. I would stay at Park Hotel again and recommend it to others.

From her words: “The location of the hotel is ideal, close to all attractions, public transport stops, many restaurants, cafes, shops, the center, but at the same time quiet, close to a park, sea, old town. The hotel is small, cozy, you feel at home. The room is large, clean, and had everything you needed. The breakfasts are good, you won’t go hungry.:) The staff is hospitable, responsive, always ready to help, issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Everyone is very friendly. I especially wanted to mention Elvira- she will tell you everything, explain how to get to the beaches, the tram, the attractions, etc. Huge gratitude to her. The holiday went great, I liked everything! I will definitely return to this hotel.”
