GreeceWe were staying in a family room, 4 girls. They left us only with one and a half toilet paper. And they were used before, they were not new rolls. We did not like that. They only gave us 2 sets of towels instead of four. And one more thing that left us unsatisfied was breakfast. We saw in the pictures that there is a breakfast buffet, but when we went there they gave us a menu to choose from only a few options. There was no buffet.
We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful hotel, nice and comfortable rooms, great location near to the city center, bars, supermakets. Wonderful spa experience, I highly recommend it!

The hotel was extremely clean, the facilities excellent for our needs. This was a working holiday, so didn't have much time to use everything the hotel had to offer. Highlights: the pool, access to wifi, but most of all the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A big thank you to them.

IrelandThe breakfast was poor. Very few options so I had to settle for having the same thing everyday. A buffet would be better. Also, certain staff working the breakfast were unhelpful and very slow and one particular staff member was rude. However reception staff were lovely
The hotel itself was gorgeous and very clean. Pool area was small but well kept. Excellent location as it is a 1 minute walk to the beach but not directly on the strip so not too loud at night.

United KingdomThe hotel doesn't provide an iron and ironing board. We could hear the music from some of the clubs nearby, the rooms should be soundproof.
Spacious room with comfortable beds and a nice view over the city. The hotel is in an excellent location, 2mins walk from the beach and has a private beach. The room and bathroom are very clean and it also had a balcony. Slippers were provided in the room. The gym has enough machines for weight lifting. The outdoor swimming pool is nice with enough sun loungers. The restaurant "Happily" is part of the hotel and makes excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner at affordable prices. They also offer 15% discount for food if you have not booked the half or full board rate.

United KingdomBreakfast menu selection isn’t great. Quality of the breakfast could be better, and the poolside hot buffet option was poor quality and cold. No clean pool towels available on one of our days, and you have to pay a cash deposit for the pool towel, which is just frustrating for a higher end hotel. WiFi signal not good in our room (top floor) - dropped out a lot.
Good air conditioning and nice rooms, great pools and gym, lovely staff. Interior of the hotel is well maintained and quite plush. The food selection and quality of the lunch and dinner menu was good. Easy to arrange and pay for airport transfers at the hotel.

CanadaVery clean and nice hotel, accommodating all inclusive and breakfast only guests. Food is served to the tables and servers sometimes getting confused. Maybe it just lacking communication skills. They are young and still learning. There’s noise from street restaurants up to midnight. Some people screaming from their balconies, just playing stupid. If you’re looking for quiet location think of different places. Nice beach belonging to hotel is just short walk away. Koodos to cleaning lady from 5 th floor. She’s an amazing woman!
