We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good breakfast. Parking is possible at the Migros parking lot right opposite the hotel. They have a private beach area (rather small, will get crowded quickly) about 50m from the property.

RomaniaBreakfast was served with delay every morning. The staff didn’t know english so it was hard to communicate with them. Our biggest issue was the noise around the hotel, we couldn’t sleep until 1 am (we had our 9 months daughter with us and it was a mission impossible to put her to bed)

United KingdomBreakfast menu selection isn’t great. Quality of the breakfast could be better, and the poolside hot buffet option was poor quality and cold. No clean pool towels available on one of our days, and you have to pay a cash deposit for the pool towel, which is just frustrating for a higher end hotel. WiFi signal not good in our room (top floor) - dropped out a lot.
Good air conditioning and nice rooms, great pools and gym, lovely staff. Interior of the hotel is well maintained and quite plush. The food selection and quality of the lunch and dinner menu was good. Easy to arrange and pay for airport transfers at the hotel.

Location is great. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Castle + Amphitheatre 30min walk. Breakfast was great as well - however only three options.

AustriaBreakfast is included with your stay, but in all honesty if they'd made me pay for that disgusting moldy week old breakfast plate i would've flipped a table. The food is absolutely horrendous, especially the "home breakfast". Other than that, great hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

CanadaVery clean and nice hotel, accommodating all inclusive and breakfast only guests. Food is served to the tables and servers sometimes getting confused. Maybe it just lacking communication skills. They are young and still learning. There’s noise from street restaurants up to midnight. Some people screaming from their balconies, just playing stupid. If you’re looking for quiet location think of different places. Nice beach belonging to hotel is just short walk away. Koodos to cleaning lady from 5 th floor. She’s an amazing woman!

RomaniaThe breakfast is a la carte from only 3 major options plus an omelette, after 2 days it becomes repetitive. No parking, but there are plenty streets to park on nearby.
We stayed at the 6th floor and we had an amazing terrace with sea view. Cleaning was perfect, every day new towels, all was perfect. Very central location, everything across the street and the beach behind the hotel.

United StatesThe mini refrigerator could be a bit better and with the floors being tile they require a bit more cleaning.
The location is right on the main street and a quick walk to the beach. It has a spa, pool, restaurant and a bar. Anything you might need while you stay which was very convenient. The look was upscale and relaxing, giving a welcoming feeling when you arrived and stayed. I had a large balcony which was wonderful to enjoy in the evening when the weather was cooler. Air conditioner worked very well.
