Upon check in, I wasn’t feeling very well. It was Sunday and I knew many pharmacies were closed. The receptionist didn’t tried his best to get me a pharmacist instead it was a pass by who told me there is one just behind the hotel. He should have googled and called for us instead of saying no.

Little atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. Room service/house keeping could have been a little sharper. Extra coffee provided to room on request except last evening when the reception lady was perhaps a jobs worth! Other than that staff were friendly accommodating and helpful.

The whole parking situation! We chose this hotel because it was advertised as having parking. This is not true. You are made to park in a shabby parking lot nearby and pay that extra! When you raise the issue with the hotel staff they mock you on your face saying that all hotels are like that, that they say they have parking but you have to pay it separately. The arrogance and preposterous way the staff talk with the clients completely ruins what would be a perfect and comfortable stay in this hotel.

Not nice that they charged us for “swimcaps” to swim in the pool. Basically pool is included in our stay, but to swim in the pool you need to pay for swimcaps? So that doesn’t makes it so included isn’t it? 😁 Almost like the hotel is trying to make more money in other ways. Also the area is a bit loud and shady.

Breakfast was amazing! Everything was clean. Our room was spacious, location is close to city center but the area is a bit busy and loud.

The spa is closed on Sundays. It is quite far to walk to the harbor and the shops/ cafes.

We couldn't pay at the property. They debited the card before arriving at the hotel, without even asking us (paying at the property rule was specified when I booked the room). The staff don't speak English very well.

The hotel was nice, the room was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The breakfast was good. The location is good as well, a lot of shops nearby and close to the city centre.

The cost of the breakfast. £15 person per day is far too excessive! The staff member at the spa couldn't find our booking when we charged ridiculous swimming caps to our room. She was bordering on rude and very suspicious of us. I felt like a criminal. I had to go digging to prove I had 2 rooms booked and paid for in my name!

The staff at reception were very helpful, the location was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great air-conditioning.

The price of the breakfast and the price of the ridiculous swimming caps required for the pool. This is why I wouldn't book here again!

Turkish Airlines lost our luggage. The hotel staff were so helpful. They called the airport numerous times as we had no phone chargers. They provided a toothbrush each and other basics. Location wasn't perfect but certainly not bad.

On account of the location of the hotel, there aren't many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The check-in experience was straightforward and efficient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The amenities in the room were perfectly fine, including good Wi-Fi. The room was very well-sized, and the water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever experienced in my life. The hotel also had an indoor pool and sauna, both clean and well-maintained. Although we didn't use the gym, it was available. The breakfast was decent, offering a good variety of options, though not particularly remarkable. The hotel doesn't have the most convenient location, being a bit far from the promenade. However, there is a well-stocked mini-market 2 doors away. We were aware of that but had no other options available at the time. On the whole, the hotel was a good base for our two-night stay in Izmir.

The oats at breakfast were old and bitter.

VARIED breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options. The only thing missing were plant based milk alternatives, like oat or soy.

Located very close to Basmane train station and about a 10 minute walk from Kemeralti bazaar. The rooms were generously sized, aircon worked very well and the beds were very comfortable. The beds are actually kingsize, which was great. Complementary water was provided. The bar area is an attractive place to sit with a drink in the evening - cool and airy with polished granite wall feature. The best thing though is the staff, who were very helpful with a few requests. We were able to store our luggage before and after check-out and they couldn't have made it easier!

Location was excellent for my purposes (business meetings, cultural events, visits with friends), close to public transportation (Basmane train station and Metro stop, and the Gazi Blv tramway station).

The wellness facilities we're not reaching my expectations neither the pool size nor the saunas temperature, lacking cold water plunge pool. The breakfast was OK, could have been better.

Breakfast could be improved. Even though they served the basics at breakfast, there is a room for improvement.

Very spacious rooms with lots of space, a nice bathroom with all amenities, great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I really enjoyed my one night stay. They tried to accommodate my requests and communicated well. The deal on booking.com was great. I would definitely stay again.

It was a shame that the pool & sauna are closed on Sundays; the sauna was also turned off on weekdays at 6 pm. But the facilities themselves were excellent.

Very few fruits for breakfast and no other options for milk for intolerants. We asked for a vegetal milk and they didn’t know what it was but it happens to us in all hotels we were during our trip in Turkey

Amazing hotel! Comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, clean rooms and common areas, good staff, excellent breakfast, close to main attractions and public transport. Definitely worth the money!
