The room does need some maintenance in areas. The building next door is being renovated so expect works noise during the day.

Large room and bathroom. Small balcony area. Small kitchenette with fridge and kettle. Plenty of storage space. Good location, close to Taksim metro station. Lots of shops and restaurants.

i didnt like that they charge me for a taxi doesnt exsit . I booked a taxi with the man in reception and the my husband was waiting for the taxi over 3 hours there then we took another taxi to the aeroport with 50 euro to the hotel and i explained the situation to the receptionist at night . then after 2 days one of them come to my room asked me to pay the taxi who i booked and doesn't come they said 50 euro later they said pay only half 25 and i paid it but i know for sure its a scammers so be careful guys is better to take havabus from aeroport than a taxi from hotel

The road to the city house is uphill and downhill. If you have leg or back pain or an elderly person is with you, you should use a taxi . This is not mentioned in the description of the hotel.

The first room I got was spacious but was not properly cleaned. Floor was cleaned but the main door had countless smudges. The part of floor near sink and fridge area was coming off. Fridge was in terrible condition, it was rusty and dirty, I was shocked how could a hotel have a fridge provided to guests like that. But I changed room and fridge and floor wasn't really a problem in the other room. Bathroom was another disappointment in the first room, dark dirty cubicle to almost negligent water pressure in toilet, which did improve in second room. Hot water was an issue but the hotel reception took care of it. I liked the location of this place and the staff's prompt responses to any query. In all honesty, they need to spend money to do a lot of repairing so that it can attract all positive reviews.

The location for a tourist was very convenient. Taksim square is just over 5 minute walk and from there you get in Istiklal street. Staff are happy to help you about everything. Bedroom size was alright no complaints about it. There was a small grocery shop right in front of the hotel, so you can grab something to eat real quick and even late night. Small fridge s provided in each room along with sink and countertop stove. Rent is quite affordable for a tourist to be honest

İn double singe bed room maybe not comfortable i don't know why maybe they don't take case so much cause it's just a double single bed room, when you see pictures on site it's seems bathroom is clean but in my room had little bit black dirty, fan doesn't work in bathroom, i tried to figure how can I get hot water them little search i find combi boiler is inside my room. For using combi boiler, if you see 80 led lighting over and over , you need to fill water. You can find the blue faucet Under below combi boiler 👇 turn clock wise until led turn on 40 (first starts on eco then fills up to 40). Then turn off faucet. Then you are done. You can use for hot water or for radiator or both of them just need to set up your temperature of. Or need specific combi boiler how to use just search from Google in Turkish combi boiler brand name + problem that you see.

İt was a good place so much close to taksim , at first seems it's dangerous place but when you walk and talking to people it's has a value to stay here. Everything was clean when I entered room it's smells clean i like it. Bathroom was clean most area everything is fine. Kitchen is clean.

- Bathroom's walls and ceiling need serious renovation (get painted at least...). Also, the bathroom was quite dark. - No place to hang wet towels or clothes. - Ventilation could be considerably improved: it was always humid regardless of air conditioner mode. - Different parts of the shower broke 3 times during our 4-day stay (although were fixed quickly when we reported). - The hob (cooking surface) malfunctioned: despite being switched off, it was hot all the time (like at 30% power)! Felt fire-dangerous...

- The location is good, only 5-7 minutes from Taksim square and buses to airports. - The staff were always there and were super helpful (e.g. when our shower broke, Muhammad instantly went to fix it). - The room has great facilities overall (mini kitchen, mini table, large mirror, comfortable beds, much space). - Although the stay was very short, we had cleaning service.

Not a good place for anyone that wants to cook. Kitchen was dirty, the boxes full of white powder and dirt. Stove plates not working (one of them started to melt and emit plastic smoke, see picture). Also not a great place for a light sleeper, Elevator makes terrible noise everytime it starts. Lots of noise from the street at night The hotel personel at night was among the most rude and unhelpful I've encountered and did not speak a word English.

The ceiling was fully damped and damaged. The cement had come off the ceiling and was falling on the bed while we were sleeping!! We were covered with cement. No towels were provided, we had to request for towel which is a very basic thing to be provided by hotels.
