We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe breakfast isn't worth anything, eat out elsewhere - and there are a ton of places available within walking distance. I could only manage to connect to wifi in the lobby in spite of their range extenders - an inconvenience. The fridge in the room was both in a non-working state (see photo) and was out of reach of an electrical outlet!! The room basically only had enough room for the beds and a table. Otherwise, there was less than 1.5 square meters of walking space which is terrible for international travellers with suitcases. The electrical work in the bathroom was shoddy at best. I would not recommend staying here due strictly to the quality of the rooms, let alone anything else.
The location was great. You can take the tram directly to Zafer station then switch to the other tram line for two stops and you will be in walking distance of all things downtown. The staff were friendly. The beds and room were clean.

MalaysiaCleanliness, I have no choice to stay here… when i did for checkin they give me a room that have a very bad smell of cigarettes. I would say too bad and worst. The floor was not clean , very oily and sticky.. then i ask to change another room… guess what it is the same condition… bad smell, bed not comfortable we couldn’t sleep at night because we can hear people talking from downstairs… too noisy. But the location was good. That’s it. They have free breakfast but very simple breakfast, i think that is how the hotel in turkey serve the breakfast.

FinlandThe hotel was very old, people don't say goodbye or good morning or welcome. Rooms vere untidy, old and horrible. For breakfast only tea, bread/tomatoes and olives were old. Boiled eggs were old and cold and believe or not but blue and smelling bad. So we didn't eat nothing. Plates were dirty and you had to clean your table by yourself. No service at all. Photos will tell everything.
Location was great. Near to everything: bus, mevlana museum, tepe, historical places, bazaar . You could go to everywhere with the bus, tram or walking. Bazaar very near. Full of gold shops, fabric and clothes

Not immediately but when no one speaks a little English and when an old lady who was often in the lobby doesn't say good morning in return, the atmosphere is in my opinion not very inviting. The toilet block in my room is also in need of renovation because it spreads a smell.
The location of the hotel is excellent, because near the Mevlanacomplex and on the edge of the bazaar.

Very close to the Mevlana Museum and to an extensive pedestrian shopping area with many restaurants and some interesting shops. The location was excellent and the hotel was cheap, which explains why the facilities weren't 100%.
