Breakfasts and dinners are very mediocre. Although this is a non-smoking hotel, some guests smoked in the corridor, and the staff preferred to use airfreshener instead of preventing these guests smoke.

Convenient location, the hotel is clean, personnel is friendly.

Only thing was, I arrived right before dinner ended, and went up to leave the bags and relax for a few minutes. It would have been nice if he had mentioned that I only have 5 minutes before the clear out. And since it's on a large street it's a bit noisy.

The staff was kind and smiling. The guy at the reception speaks English. It was clean, and great value for money. Very convenient for travellers and people going to visit the stone factories in Iscehisar.

Not all staff speak English, breakfast was simple. It could be better with fresher bread, eggs and fruit.

Good soft bed, WiFi, sitting area at reception, new lift, good warm shower. Dinner we bought together with the room is chopped meat in tomato sauce with potatoes( no alternative), soup, watermelon and tea.

We were surprised to see that there was no air-conditioning, however it was not needed as the temperatures during the night were ok. Also, the hotel was situated near the road so it was a little bit loud and we were not able to close the windows because of the lack of the AC, but it was manageable.

We stayed here only one night, it was ok. There was a lot of space to park the car, the food was nice, the price was totally ok, the staff polite as usual. Unfortunately we were too tired to see the city, maybe next year. Overall this was a nice stay, no problems whatsoever.

The older waiter working during breakfast was extremely rude. These are the profiles of people who ruin your whole day with their behavior. If I had known that I would meet such a person in the hotel as this waiter, I would have booked another hotel...

There was no air - condition in the rooms. It's to hot. It's big noisy, because there was traffic near to hotel.

It can not be a complaint but an observation and alert, as we checked into the room, we discovered there is no AC or Fan. Bit surprised but later understood that Afyon never gets hot so you may never need a fan or AC. However, there was no drinking water or Tea / Coffee making arrangement in the room...

The best part of the stay is the very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location and got a beautiful view of the Afyon Fort from the room. Nice food quality, both breakfast and dinner (our package included both).

Even though not much English is spoken there, everyone was very helpful. When I mentioned that I do not eat meat they made sure that there will be some option for dinner without meet for me (normally everything is with meat but they prepared a separate dinner for me). Ideal for night stop while traveling through Turkey by car. The price was excellent and it included dinner and breakfast. If traveling around Turkey again and looking for a one night stop to take a rest, would definitely come back.

Location was convenient on the main highway but that did come with some noise, and bc no air conditioning we had to keep the window open in the summer heat. So expect to deal with road noise in the hot season.

Hotel room was very clean with all the basics we needed. Breakfast was delicious and they also provide dinner too. Wow! Also Osman was such a gift with his English skills. He helped clarify everything for us. Also this hotel is a great deal and very satisfactory for the basics.

The staff were brilliant! Osman spoke perfect English and helped me with everything I needed. The dinner and breakfast were good, very similar to everywhere else in the country I've been so far. A lovely hotel though! Well worth it if you're planning to stay in Afyon!

There was no air conditioning which made it hot in the summer. But they have a heater so it must be nice and warm during the winter.

We really liked the location as it was very close to the city centre. The staff were amazing. They treated us well and helped us prepare vegan and gluten-free meals as my friends have food allergies.

Good location for train station and centre of town. With breakfast and evening meal included int he price is excellent value. Staff were extremely hepfull in helping me get to where I wanted to go and booking taxis. Good bed.
