Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ArgentinaMy main criticism is the lack of staff who speak English, even at the reception. The hotel also needs an update, and the room cleaning service was very disappointing. One day, the beds were not made, and the room was not vacuumed. The hotel was full, and if you arrived towards the end of the limited meal times, there was no food left, and it was not replenished.
The hotel is conveniently located, just a 20-minute walk from the center of Oludeniz, and it has a private beach with full service. This allows guests to enjoy the beach even during peak season without it being overcrowded. Unlike other beaches in the area, this one has sand and the water is warmer.

United KingdomThe food was bland by any standard and unlike traditional Turkish cooking which is flavoursome. A few more restaurant staff would be useful to clear up and assist guests. The current team are hardworking and over worked.
This is a really good 3 star hotel. Manage your expectations accordingly. The location is perfect and all you need. The ocean is amazing and a relatively small hotel pool. There is plenty to eat you won’t go hungry. The pizzas are wood fired and great.

Czech RepublicA beautiful and small hotel with a very nice view. The hotel has a private beach and a very beautiful territory. The hotel is divided into two parts. One part is located on the beach, where all the amenities such as the pool, restaurant, bar, and beach are located. The second part is situated in the mountains and only has rooms and a reception. There are steep stairs to get to this part, so be prepared. However, there is also an elevator available. The hotel is very beautiful and small, with cozy rooms. The cocktails in the bar are delicious, as are the desserts.

SwedenNothing as we remember. Seems they have now improved on the things we saw the negative review comments such as lift , food . It was an amazing stay with all inclusive.
Amazing location with bus stop right in front of the stay. The rooms were well cleaned and with all the facilities. Nice beach and pool area. Food and drinks were good . We also booked Turkish bath Hamam and massage. It was worth and relaxing.

GermanyThe three-star hotel lives up to its rating. The food was decent as long as you got to the buffet early. Although the menus could use a bit more creativity given how rich and varied Turkish cuisine is, they often featured meat pieces with sauces for both lunch and dinner. After a few days, it became somewhat monotonous. Additionally, there were no vegetarian options. That said, the options for lunch and dinner were definitely better than those for breakfast. There were no mosquito repellents on the windows, but the mosquitoes were regularly controlled. The view of the sea was simply wonderful. The wine, long drinks, and cocktails were so-so, though the red-haired girl at the beach bar made better drinks. The DJ was very good. I highly recommend a massage at the hotel spa; it really enhances the stay. All the staff were very friendly and competent. There were a few cats around the hotel, and they seemed very well taken care of. The location is the best among the hotels on the bay. The atmosphere, especially at sunset, was particularly beautiful and relaxing. Bonus point for recycling (although the “Not Recyclable” bin is missing for people to do it correctly). Overall, the price-performance ratio is good.

United KingdomA receptionist there was not very helpful...we tried to complain about the lift leaking (another issue) but she just started taking pictures of us. Overall though everything was good! They should have someone who understands and speaks English at the reception! As most of the guests are British! We were a family of 6 with 2 kids and elderly parents and had requested the rooms to be togehter however that wasnt the case....Its a trek to get tonthe rooms as its on the other side of the road so pls bare that in mind!
Rooms were relativley comfortable and housekeeping was great. The facilites were amazing, pool was super clean and the food was fabulous would 100% recomend! All other staff in the restaurant, Bar and swimming pool were very friendly and helpful. Beds and mattresses are comfortable and they clean rooms everyday! And yes the DJ is amazing!!! Excellent tunes played both during the day by the pool and in the evening by the Night Bar!

United KingdomThe mosquitos. Do not think for one minute a trip to home bargains or B&M for jungle spray will sort you for your trip. I tried this and failed. They're hungry little buggers so do your research like I didn't.
It was the first ever hotel in OluDeniz, And set in the best location. If you are looking to relax, then this is the place. The Accommodation, food and staff surpassed my expectations.

SpainToo far loud music, absurd. People looking for peace and quiet do not need loud disco music. Old couples and families are the target and this is the first thing to correct in order to keep all the rest of the work done.
Great location, out of the nightmare that is actually Oludenitz. Bus stop right at the door. Pool and private beach well cared for.

United KingdomI was unfortunately given a room where my door did not lock, management did give me a new room 24 hrs later but for 24 hrs my belongings were left in an unlocked room. The rooms are very basic and the land view rooms aren't always even land view, mine was a wall. The food is also very basic for an all inclusive hotel and not very warm. Booking.com has this hotel as a 4 star, it's official rating is actually a 3 star and I would suggest it is definitely a 3 star over a 4. However, overall I had a lovely stay as I had planned to go away and lie on a beach, the location of this hotel gave the perfect chance to do this.
The location on the beach itself was perfect and very picturesque. I spent most of my time on the decking area and loved being able to dip in and out of the sea using the ladder. The cocktails were also nice, much nicer than a lot of all inclusive hotels for cocktails.

United KingdomThe air conditioning in room 305 might be overly warm, or it could just be our room. The faucets are unclean and kinda rusty but the bathroom was really spacious with complete toiletries. The door is difficult to secure from the outside so make sure to double check before heading to the beach.
The staff and servers are extremely attentive. Considering its cost, it’s an excellent value for an all-inclusive package. The beachfront view is breathtaking! It’s conveniently located within walking distance to Oludeniz Beach and Blue Lagoon, making it an ideal spot. The place is truly relaxing to stay at!
